★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the company at all cost.
They have sent me the wrong parts for my car although I've sent them the VIN. I called the customer service 5 times over the course of 5 months. Ordered beginning of March now is end of August.
They told me they will get back to me and never really got unless I called them. They have been super rude and not professional, treating you like an obstacle. Autodoc told me I have to pay for the return shipping by myself (disk brakes).
How is that even possible to do such mistakes when the have the VIN and they send me Alfa Romeo disk brakes, drum brake springs for a Ford while i have an Opel Corsa?
Avoid this company at all cost again and buy the parts at some company that is more trustworthy. I'm never going to buy here again. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
