★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man kann bequem online seine Buchung vornehmen und gleich problemlos bezahlen (Paypal etc.). Somit spart man sich nicht nur Zeit bei der Abholung. Die Ausrüstung (bei uns zwei Boards und Schuhe) war in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Vor Ort wird man fachkündig beraten und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einfach Klasse!
 Very good price-performance ratio. You can conveniently make your booking online and pay without any problems (PayPal, etc.). This not only saves time when picking up. The equipment (with us two boards and shoes) was in a very good and well-kept condition. You will receive expert advice on site and the staff is very courteous. Simply great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pas op met boeken hier, deze eigenaar maakt express fouten en wil je teveel laten betalen! probeerde mijn gezin en die van mijn zus 125 euro teveel laten betalen. geld gelukkig wel terug gekregen na ons beklag.
beware of books here, this owner makes express mistakes and you want to pay too much! my family and my sister tried to pay 125 euros too much. money fortunately got back after our complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop follows a Ryanair model, specially when reserving the online discount. Sets low prices as a hook to finally push you into renting more expensive equipment or additional insurance services. While selecting the equipment in the store the employees will try to convince you that you need better/advanced equipment than you really want. When they fail, they will indirectly suggest that you're fully liable for any damages to the equipment. Nothing new here, however it opens the door to have a very picky inspection of the material at its return. Not the kind of feeling to have on vacation time. Google around there are many other alternatives in the area with similar prices and more ethic behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. false advertisement on the website, i.e. free rental deposit and free charge for model change. Even though agreed before rental, the store manager just shrugged off few days later and said no model change is possible. When confronted with free deposit info clearly stated on the website, they just said it's outdated and no responsibility taken. Models are limited and store manager tends to "act" not not understanding English and refuses clear communication.
Would only recommend this store for the price, but that comes at a cost of questionable performance and bad holiday experience.
