Die Räder waren sehr gut, das Team sehr nett und selbst den Anhänger haben wir an unser selbst mitgebrachtes Rad angebracht bekommen. Toll! So geht Service! Öffnungszeiten der Webseite sind manchmal nicht aktuell - im Zweifel mal anrufen ;-) We borrowed E-MTBs and a child trailer from the nice, young and competent team. The bikes were very good, the team was very nice and we even got the trailer attached to the bike we brought with us. Great! This is how service works! The opening times of the website are sometimes not up to date - if in doubt, give us a call ;-)
R	Ralf Schaub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Skiverleih mit freundlichem Personal. Wenn es mal ein kleines Problem gibt, hilft man sofort, auch mit einer Klasse höher als gebucht. Kann das Team nur empfehlen. Auch besonderen Dank an den Senior für die super Ski von „Grenzwertig“. Hatte noch nie bessere Skier gefahren. Very good ski rental with friendly staff. If there is a small problem, they help immediately, even with a class higher than booked. Can only recommend the team. Also special thanks to the senior for the great skis from "Grenzwert". Had never ridden better skis.
L	Lara Braun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Online-Reservierung und auch das abholen vor Ort hat super funktioniert. Doch das war bei mir leider alles. Ich kam bei Sport Harry in St.Gallenkirch an und es war kein Skistock in meiner Größe verfügbar,obwohl ich ja bereits online reserviert hatte und meine Körpergröße angab.Somit bekam ich dann einen alten Skistock,der in der Höhe verstellbar war,der wirklich nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand war und wohl noch der Einzige war,der irgendwie zu meiner Größe passte ! Dann ist dieser Stock am zweiten Skitag genau an der Höhenverstellung gebrochen,ohne dass ich damit gestürzt bin.Ich bin lediglich im Lift hängen geblieben wie jeder meiner Mitreisenden auch,nur meiner ging kaputt. Als ich dann den Stock reklamieren wollte, gab es wohl keine andere Möglichkeit als mich für diesen qualitativ schlechten Skistock 50€ bezahlen zu lassen, der vielleicht höchstens noch einen Wert von 30€ hatte. The online reservation and picking up on site worked great. Unfortunately that was all for me. I arrived at Sport Harry in St.Gallenkirch and there was no ski pole available in my size, although I had already reserved online and given my height. So I got an old ski pole that was adjustable in height, which really wasn't was in good condition and was probably the only one that somehow fit my size! Then, on the second day of skiing, this stick broke exactly at the height adjustment, without me falling with it. I just got stuck in the lift like all of my fellow travelers, only mine broke. When I then wanted to complain about the pole, there was probably no other option than asking me to pay €50 for this poor-quality ski pole, which was perhaps only worth €30 at most.

They were offered free-ride shoes and skies (at the day of icy snow) after obvious struggling they came back to change and were given alpine skies but shoes with bigger size than requested and MOREOVER shoes were different size (left and right shoes we not the same)..... when they decide to go to other place to rent they were not offered money back obviously .... strange given the rating of this place ...
