Mir wurde gesagt das der bremseneinbau nicht gewinnbringend wäre, da diese nicht bei ihnen gekauft wurde. Schade, freut man sich über das Geschenk und dann wird man so eintäuscht. Hätte deswegen auch gerne etwas mehr bezahlt für den einbau, aber so weit kam das Gespräch nicht mal. Were there today because I wanted to have the gift brake installed. I was told that installing the brakes would not be profitable as it was not bought from them. Too bad if you are happy about the gift and then you will be deceived. Therefore I would have liked to pay a little more for the installation, but the conversation didn't go that far.

Man bekommt sein Geld bei Rückgabe nicht zurück, sondern eine Gutschrift auf dies wird man aber erst nach Abschluss des Kaufes hingewiesen (wenn man die Ware zurückgeben will). Ich habe dann telefonisch versucht mit dem Chef das zu klären aber wurde nur unfreundlich angemotzt, dass dies seit dreißig Jahren so sei und noch keiner ein Problem damit hatte und man von Pontius zu Pilatus laufen und nichts machen könne um sein Geld wieder zu erhalten. Daraufhin hat dieser einfach aufgelegt und sich nicht mehr gemeldet. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Jeder Onlineshop ist kompetenter Since it is always said that you should buy in Austria, I took this to heart, but unfortunately I was disappointed. You do not get your money back when you return it, but a credit note is only given to you after the purchase has been completed (if you want to return the goods). I then tried to clarify this over the phone with the boss, but was only asked unfriendly that this had been the case for thirty years and that nobody had a problem with it and that you could walk from pillar to post and do nothing to get your money back. He then simply hung up and stopped reporting. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!! Every online shop is more competent
