Als südländisch aussehender Typ wurde ich von der Entfernung permanent beobachtet, als wäre ich ein Ladendieb, nur weil ich lange herum stand und mich nicht entscheiden konnte. Schließlich kaufte ich die Ware, aber von Anfang bis zum Schluss wurde ich nicht angesprochen. I did not feel well. As a southern-looking guy, I was constantly watched from a distance, as if I were a shoplifter, just because I stood around for a long time and couldn't make up my mind. Eventually I bought the goods, but no one spoke to me from start to finish.

Top Service, vor allem von der jungen Dame! Was looking for tennis shoes, I found them, but unfortunately a bit too small - the nice saleswoman (Sarah) took it in hand, ordered the next larger pair and telephoned me. informed when the right size was on site. Top service, especially from the young lady!
L	Luckyalice 23 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Rad dort kaufen, man wird nur über den Tisch gezogen... 550€ Rad, nach einer Woche Gangschaltung kaputt, kein Mechaniker da zum Service, nach 10 Tage zur Info mal angerufen, plötzlich wäre die Kurbel auch kaputt und die Gangschaltung muss beschädigt worden sein bei einem Sturz (den es nicht gab). Mitten in der Saison kein Radmechaniker da, keine vernünftigen Werkzeuge in der Werkstatt und miserabler Service! Don't buy a bike there, you will just be ripped off ... 550 € bike, broken gears after a week, no mechanic available for service, called after 10 days for information, suddenly the crank would also be broken and the gears must have been damaged in a fall (which did not exist). No bike mechanic in the middle of the season, no decent tools in the workshop and miserable service!

I was asking for the help of the sales person (an older lady), who suggested to visit another shop for e.g. C&A because they only have functional underwear... The funny fact is, that I know the products of this company well, even seen some shirts, just wanted to get some help, to save my time. It seems it was a huge mistake. I would ask the shop manager; on which training has she/he said to the employees to suggest a concurrent shop instead of help to customers?
