★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot's of shoes, less of actual sports equipment. Only go there if you know what you are looking for. I've been looking for stuff in the bike section for well over twenty minutes and in this time not one employee did care to ask if I needed help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a very impolite manner, saleslady stopped me to tell that I cannot walk in the store with the shoes that I was trying. Another salesman came to support her with the same most unpleasant manner. Never seen such a customer service anywhere before! I can see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who received this awful attitude from these people in this store. It is a shame that SportsDirect allows his brand to be tarnished in the hands of such people!

When I suggested to the man (who was dealing with the shoe section) to be more polite he told me to go and look for shoes in another shop if I didn't like it. Well ... For sure I will not go back there.
Dear shoe man - who didn't want to provide your name - I feel sorry for you being so unhappy and putting all your frustration on the customers.
