We didn't rent from them but the other half of our travel party did. They are a one stop shop for foreign travellers They provide a shuttle service from your resort and back. They even give you a locker at the bottom of the ski lift to leave your equipment overnight not to carry it around. Consider them rather than other ski rental shops in Solden.

I don't usually review places but this was a very friendly, helpful and professional bike service so I have to. Willing to help right away in the morning (came just 2min after opening) and for a very fair price. Thanks again for the help!

They had a decent selection of ski models to rent. I don't think the Kästle I took have had the edges properly serviced. They charged an extra fee for the ski passes. 4/5. Edit to address the store comments: Thanks for the reply! Indeed the pass fee is 3 euro per pass deposit, the guy just did not mention it and we had forgotten that it's a thing, hence the confusion. The skis could have been serviced to factory spec, my assessment is purely subjective, based on experience with all-mountain models in general and Kästle in particular. Technically I am probably completely wrong on both points, practically my initial 4/5 rating reflects my personal experience.

Changing equipment halfway the week was very easy - I was professionaly informed and advised about different categories of skis. Generally, very helpful and friendly.

Sold me a nice pair of ski boots at a good price that were comfortable all day on the first day of skiing

I rented mountain bikes here for a couple of days. The bikes were good, the prices were good, and the sales people were nice and helpful. 2/5 because of a unpleasant encounter with a bike mechanic at the store - when I came to swap my bike for a smaller one, the senior bike mechanic asked where I was from. He generally didn't seem to have patience to help me. When I replied with my country, he said that "when a lot of people from *country* come to solden, it would be better to close the bike shop". This snarky, offensive comment was uncalled-for, and is simply an unprofessional thing to say to a client of the shop.

Excellent bootfitting & friendly service. Finally solved my years of skiboot troubles & painful feet with an excellent pair of new skiboots, fully customised for a perfect fit. Top 5/5

The rental service is good and welcoming, but the store is overpriced!! The merchandise might be of good quality, but definitely don't worth the price. The seller was very aggressive and insulting. I left the store with bad taste. Edit: Sorry for misleading. The rental service was actually good. But when I or my friends considered buying stuff, we faced very aggressive behavior, including saying that our clothes are of bad quality (I choose not to give exact quotes).
