★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service that o met in alps. Food is very good but waiters are terrible! They seams to be angry and tired all the time. They never saying thanks, hello or goodbye. They ruin a humor of whole family. Dont recommended!

In the Lech Warth area it is not yet common to share the origins of the meat, fish and other ingredients used by the chef. Steffisalp does this perfectly.
The Kraftbrühe soup is excellent. The Wiener Schnitzel is as good as it gets.
The staff is polite and the service swift.
Wifi is free for all guests, including walk-ins for lunch oder dinner only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only came here for lunch and it conveniently placed next to the Steffisalpe lift. The place is nice and cozy and there is inside and outside seating. The food and coffee were excellent. However, the service was wanting. Both waiters were not attentive, actually, semi-indifferent. Not outright rude, but far from what we've experienced at many other places at Lech. Shame, otherwise 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really had a traumatic experience on Sunday. We were a family of 4 with a 3 year old kid who was crying coz he was really hungry, when we entered the restaurant for lunch, even before I was about to say something, one of the staffs working there shouted "NEIN, VOLL, ALLES VOLL". We were totally shocked to see the rude behavior of the staff that we really started to wonder if it was because of our skin color, coz we saw that so many people were just trying to get a table and some tables were empty at least outside. We even saw that some people in the restaurant turned their heads. Never had this experience in any of the ski resorts or restaurants in Austria. I understand that Sundays could be crowded but that's not how one should behave.
