Super leckeres Essen, super Service. Kommen super gerne wieder.
Super delicious food, great service. You greet each other at eye level. The staff is quick, attentive and very helpful. Incredibly great atmosphere, beautiful rooms, great location. Highly recommended. (Even the floor in the underground car park is cleaner than the lobby of most of the other hotels I've stayed in!) We'd love to come back again.

A dream hotel - a dream holiday! It was just wonderful there, the hotel, the food was great, the sauna area was wonderful. From the ski slope straight into the lift and into the ski cellar. It doesn't get any better! Optimization points or what you should know: there are rooms with glass doors to the bathroom. Ie. you can see the toilet directly from the bed... that's very special and not for someone who loves their privacy! The hair dryer is super heavy, nothing for women who blow dry for a long time. The lighting technology in the room, simply too much of a good thing. The light goes on automatically, even though you don't want it to... no one needs that. The quality of the food is excellent, but the quantity is on the lower limit of saturation. Especially after a day of skiing. After the 3rd day, the same HP card is too thin in the evening, especially if you don't like everything. A mulled wine for €7.50 is strong ...

Under these catastrophic service circumstances, I would not recommend the "2 toques" restaurant. The food was excellent and also deserved the toques, it's a shame that the entire service ruins it. Arrived with a table reservation, we were told we could choose a table, and then our jackets were taken from us at the table. Jacket was not taken off at the table and we sat down for the time being, then we put the jackets on ourselves. The service staff came quickly and brought our sparkling and still water that we had ordered in advance. Without asking, both of us were quickly filled silently. We don't order something else for nothing. When we asked about aperitif selection, we had to wait more than 5 minutes for the bar menu, even though there were almost more waiters than guests in the room. Even before we had our aperitif, the place setting came and shortly afterwards the starter. The place setting was clumsily placed on the table for us, it was not explained to us which delicacies it was. At the next table we had to notice how an older couple had been standing for 5 minutes waiting for a seat assignment, although the restaurant was still almost empty. (Two waiters brushed aside the answer and said someone would be coming soon) This shouldn't happen in such a toque-awarded restaurant. The starters and main courses were simply unique, compliments to the kitchen. Unfortunately only to the kitchen. Unfortunately, after the main courses, they didn't take care of us anymore and we had to wait several times for service in vain. Would have liked something else to drink. I understand that due to COVID it is currently difficult to find good and, above all, trained staff, but you have a two-toque kitchen here and no inn (which is of course not bad, but otherwise excellent). Accordingly, the price is of course also higher for you. I myself come from the hotel industry and you should urgently train your service staff adequately before they let loose on guests.

1 week before arrival, the hotel informed us by email that, for economic reasons, they would not open the hotel until 4 days after our planned arrival, but they offered us alternatives. An apology was missing. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to my direct inquiries about the alternatives. Even a call from my side the next day did not lead to any clarification that I should be patient until the responsible employee returned to work. Finding a suitable, free hotel with the same conditions shortly before arrival is not only annoying but also difficult. Guest orientation and 4 stars look different!

Haven't had time to see the inside yet. ?‍?‍?‍? Is a top place right next to the Dorfbahn gondola in the huge ski area. Let's see if there's still enough snow for Easter, we've definitely booked as usual. ? ? ?

Perfect base for a walking holiday! We‘ve just spent a week at the Berghotel Biberkopf and enjoyed every minute. The design and furnishings are top notch, the staff friendly and approachable, and the food is a joy. + Very tasteful interior design with quality natural materials and imaginative lighting. Soundproofing is excellent (we didn‘t hear other guests at all, even at the weekend when the hotel was full) and the room ventilation is quiet and effective. The room lighting is cosy and well thought-out (though not entirely intuitive). The beds are firm and comfy and there’s plenty of (lit!) wardrobe space. Powerful (but heavy!) hairdryer. + Luxury toiletries from Malin + Goetz. This was conditioner I was happy to put on my hair! (which is normally never the case in hotels) + Media for a rainy day: large TV screens with Chromecast option. Internet was generally reliable with the exception of Chromecast streaming, which was patchy with occasional blips. Nice touch: radio/tv sound is also relayed to the bathroom (separate volume control). From within the hotel you also get access to all the media offered by PressReader for the duration of your stay. + Excellent food. Full-on breakfast buffet with eggs/bacon and hot drinks made to order and a great choice of breads, pastries, cheeses, hams, fruits, cereals, nuts, jams, and more. For the 3-course dinner we could mix and match a la carte from the regular menu or the daily menu. The menu isn‘t massive, but we found a delicious option every day and only took a couple of dishes twice because they were so good! Meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Portions are sized for a 3-course meal and just right to feel satisfied but not stuffed. + The spa area comes with a variety of different relaxation zones that give it a cosy feel. Beds with reading lamps were much appreciated! Initial orientation is a tad tricky, as there is no signage and the area is quite dimly lit. But the overall mood is very relaxing and the soft lighting seems to influence behaviour, too: everyone else was quiet and considerate. + The service couldn‘t be better. Without exception, the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. From the moment we arrived (porter at-the-ready in the parking garage, super-fast check-in, welcome drink) to the moment we left we were never left waiting. The room was spotless. The entire team somehow hit that sweet spot between professional service and a personable, genuine, and friendly attitude. + The location and (included) Warth card is perfect for jumping on the bus for any of the local hiking destinations. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and the Warth card allows you to travel in 3 directions, opening up a variety of hiking routes. The options for ambitious walkers are endless, but even those like us who hike for pleasure (up to 300m) will find more than enough options, both up in the mountains and along the Lech trail. It‘s worth noting that because the hotel is bang in the middle of the village, you won‘t get uninterrupted mountain views or panoramic sauna. There’s also no outside spa area or secluded outside space for relaxation. But there are lovely walks just around the corner, and we appreciated the central location. Also, the hotel doesn‘t have a very generous bar/foyer area (there‘s an excellent bar, but not as much common seating space you might be used to from other hotels). I can’t say we missed this too much though. Kudos to the architects, interior designers, cooks and all the other staff for making our stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. At summer prices, our week at Berghotel Biberkopf was excellent value for money (we even got a free room upgrade thrown in).

Amazing hotel just at the foot of the mountains ideal for skiing or other activities in the mountains. The spa area was brand new and offered everything you’d wish for. Kitchen was great, wine card elaborate and fair prices. Service was friendly and service minded. All in all 5/5
