★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for a drink and despite making eye contact with the bar staff my partner was ignored despite her having her purse in hand and being there ready to order.
Shame as we werehappy to spend money but were ignored over the locals We will tell others not to stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel we've ever stayed in in Austria. There is a perfect staff (waitresses, receptionists, cooks, etc.) - they are always very very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional; the building (-"exterier") is very nice, rooms are absolutely clean, big, modern (-there are also apartments for families with more than 3 children); and food (breakfast and dinner) is absolutely fantastic!! (-there is everything what you can dream of for breakfast :-) ). We would love to come back for sure.
