★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Frauensportclub einfach zum Wohlfühlen und los legen. Die neuen Geräte sind einfach großartig. Sie sind individuell auf mich eingestellt und das Training ist sehr effektiv und macht Spaß. Der Dehnungszirkel ist spitze vor und nach dem Training. Wer noch individueller trainieren möchte kann sich sein eigenes Trainingsprogramm auf den Pixs erstellen lassen. Beim Training auf dem SensoPro trainiert man das Gleichgewicht und ist super auch zum Starten für die Skisaison oder auch für Bauch, Beine Po und mehr.... Alle Trainerinnen sind sehr kompetent und jederzeit zur Stelle. Auch der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz :-) Komme 3x die Woche gerne zum Training und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
A women's sports club just to feel good and get started. The new devices are just great. They are individually adjusted to me and the training is very effective and fun. The stretching circuit is great before and after your workout. If you want to train even more individually, you can have your own training program created on the Pixs. Training on the SensoPro trains your balance and is also great for starting the ski season or for your stomach, legs, buttocks and more.... All trainers are very competent and always on hand. There's no shortage of fun either :-) I like to come to training 3 times a week and can only recommend it.
