Super workout als Ergänzung zu anderen Trainings - um effizient zu sein braucht es ein hohes Maß an Selbstbeherrschung und Komittment, aber dann lohnt es definitiv!
Die Trainerinnen sind top und als Motivationsfaktor sensationell, die Atmosphäre im Studio ist ebenfalls sehr gut!

Super workout as a complement to other trainings - to be efficient you need a high degree of self-control and commitment, but then it's definitely worth it!
The trainers are great and sensational as a motivation factor, the atmosphere in the studio is also very good!
