Das Inhabergeführte Geschäft besticht mit seinem absolut professionellen Service und der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der ganzen Mannschaft .Geht nicht , gibt es hier nicht !!! Mir und meinem Sohn wurden vom Chef jeweils Skischuhe maßgeschneidert angepasst und zum erstenmal fahren wir beschwerdefrei Ski . Vielen Dank an das ganze Team von Sport Klotz . Sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder gerne !
 Sport Klotz in Berwang: always top goods in perfect condition. The owner-managed business impresses with its absolutely professional service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier jeden Winter Ski, Snowboards und Bobs geliehen und waren mit dem Material immer zufrieden. Der Service ist allerdings so extrem unfreundlich, das ich den Laden nicht mehr betreten werde. Als Kunde kommt man sich irgendwie immer vor, als würde man stören.
We rented skis, snowboards and bobs every winter and were always satisfied with the material. However, the service is so extremely unfriendly that I will no longer enter the shop. As a customer, you always feel like you're disturbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in den letzten 5 Jahren einen super freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Service erlebt, vor allem ist man immer extrem bemüht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Es war nie ein Problem etwas umzutauschen, ob der Helm gedrückt hat oder man mit den Ski nicht zurecht kam (mit meinen Ski kam ich immer zurecht, im Bekanntenkreis wurde anstandslos umgetauscht). Die ausgeliehenen Ski und Skischuhe waren immer neuwertig und das Material einwandfrei. Gibt absolut gar nichts zu meckern, deshalb einwandfreie 5 Sterne und der beste Skiverleih vor Ort. Daumen hoch !!!
Have experienced a super friendly, courteous service in the last 5 years, above all you are always extremely keen to satisfy the customer. It was never a problem to exchange anything, whether the helmet was pressed or the skis could not be used (I always got on with my skis, people exchanged without hesitation). The rented skis and ski boots were always new and the material was perfect. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, so perfect 5 stars and the best ski rental on site. Thumbs up !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr selten in meinem Leben wurde ich so unhöflich bedient wie in diesem Geschäft. Ich fühle mich von der Dame des Hauses diskriminiert dabei wollte ich nur einen neuen Ski kaufen.
Very seldom in my life have I had such rude service as in this shop. I feel discriminated against by the lady of the house when I just wanted to buy new skis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Skiverleih in Berwang. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ausleihen ist sehr professionell organisiert. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das dortige Skidepot für ausgeliehene Ski und die eigenen Skischuh oder geliehenen Skischuh. Der Verleih und das Depot liegen direkt unterhalb der Piste und man kann warme Skischuhe anziehen.
Very good ski rental in Berwang. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Borrowing is organized very professionally. Another advantage is the ski depot there for rented skis and your own ski boot or rented ski boot. The rental and the depot are directly below the slopes and you can put on warm ski boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die zentrale Lage an der Skipiste ist nicht nur für den Skiverleih von großem Vorteil, sondern auch, wie in meinem Fall, für die Maßanfertigung von Skischuhen.
Im Ski-Urlaub (12/2021) bin ich über Recherche auf den Service aufmerksam geworden, da ich seit je her Schmerzen und Druckstellen mit meinen Skischuhen hatte. Ich durfte mich, nach kurzer telefonischen Anmeldung, noch am gleichen Tag bei Herrn Klotz vorstellen. Nach ausführlicher Beratung erhielt ich meinen Aqua Nova Boot, welchen ich am nächsten Tag vor Ort auf der Piste ausprobierte.
Ich hatte anfangs noch zwei Probleme mit den Schuhen, die Herr Klotz nach hervorragender gemeinsamer Analyse und Hingabe ausgebessert hat.
Nach nun vielen Jahren fahre ich endlich komfortabel und schmerzfrei Ski!
Vielen Dank für den professionellen Service und die herzliche Betreuung durch das gesamte Team!
The central location on the ski slope is not only a great advantage for ski rentals, but also, as in my case, for custom-made ski boots.
During my ski holiday (12/2021) I became aware of the service through research, as I had always had pain and pressure points with my ski boots. After a short telephone call, I was able to introduce myself to Mr. Klotz on the same day. After extensive advice, I received my Aqua Nova boot, which I tried out on the slopes the next day.
At first I had two problems with the shoes, which Mr. Klotz corrected after an excellent mutual analysis and dedication.
After many years now, I am finally skiing comfortably and pain-free!
