M	Machiel Oudheusden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze boeking werd gecanceled door eigenaresse , ze vertelde een foutje gemaakt te hebben met onze boeking en dat er grotere familie geboekt had voor 3 kamers, we worden dus afgeserveerd op een disrespectvolle wijze. We kijken een dorpje verderop waar de gangen niet blauw van de sigarettenrook staan. Our booking was canceled by the owner, she said she made a mistake with our booking and that a larger family had booked for 3 rooms, so we are being turned off in a disrespectful way. We look at a village further on where the corridors are not blue with cigarette smoke.

Geen antwoord dus afgelopen week nog eens contact opgenomen en nu, weer een week later, krijgen we te horen dat er (vaste?) gasten zijn die er nu in de voorjaarsvakantie zijn en volgend jaar ook komen. Niet netjes... I read in other reviews that it happens more often, but we are also rejected. Requested a reservation two weeks ago for spring break 2023. No answer so I contacted them again last week and now, again a week later, we are told that there are (regular?) guests who are now there during the spring break and next year come too. Inappropriate...

Upon our arrival in the evening, the receptionist informed us that she gave our appartment to other guests because they were staying for a week and not for "just" a night as we were. That is DESPICABLE! She offered that we stayed at some other property with worse conditions for the same price. That property did not have two full beds, there was no kettle and microvawe, and it was really cold there. Since it was already late and everything was sold out nearby we had to stay there. I do not recommend booking rooms at this hotel. VERY UNRELIABLE!
