M	Manuela Schweiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher Service, wollten ausgeliehene Jugendschi für ein 12-jähriges Kind als Erwachsenenschi verrechnen. Erst nach langem Streitgespräch und endlosen, blödsinnigen Ausreden seitens des Angestellten bekamen wir die Differenz - über den Tresen geschleudert - zurück! Unfriendly service, wanted to charge borrowed youth skis for a 12-year-old child as an adult ski. Only after a long argument and endless, stupid excuses on the part of the employee did we get the difference - hurled over the counter - back!

Ein sehr nettes Team dass uns ordentlich ausgestattet hat und natürlich auf besten Wegen beratet hat. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Saison I come true with my family over Christmas in Flachau where we borrowed skis from local sports. A very nice team that equipped us properly and advised us of course on the best ways. I'm already looking forward to the next season

Wollte mir eigentlich nur ein paar Skier ausleihen, jedoch durch die professionelle Beratung in der Filiale beim Space Jet kaufte ich mir sogar einen neuen Ski Schuh!! Jederzeit wieder und freue mich schon auf das nächste mal! Super service, great material and above all perfect advice from the very friendly staff. I only wanted to borrow a few skis, but through the professional advice in the branch at the Space Jet I even bought a new ski boot !! Anytime again and look forward to the next time!
D	David Pimblett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked and paid online. Terrible directions meant over an hour was wasted trying to find the shop, which was closed- for the rest of the season! Luckily eventually found it's tiny 'sister' store (underground) up by the slopes...

D	Daan Van den Bosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly lousy rental service. Employee who gave us our ski's was outright drunk and we had to ask ourselves for any adjustments made to the bindings. Paid for 3 different categories of ski's, all of them were equally lousy and used up. We had to return the ski's in another shop of them, at the other side of town. 2 guys operating the shop were incredibly unfriendly and laughed at us in our face (guys, belgian people understand german). I don't normally bother to write a review but couldn't let this one pass. Find another job, which you do like. DO NOT RENT HERE
D	Dave Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked and payed up front ski's online and didn't have a printed voucher with us. Showing the voucher on the screen was not sufficient. The staff member was yelling at us and even a bit aggressive. He was very unfriendly and unhelpful but ultimately had no choice to agree that we send the voucher by email so he can print it. We rented premium ski's and after a few days we noticed the ski's we received were quite simple. When we got back at the shop they gave us better quality ski's. Don't rent at this shop!
