Für mich das erste und das letzte Mal dort gewesem Very inflexible hotel not recommended for business trips. Money is debited in advance, which is not possible for a hotel. But you get wise from experience ? For me it was the first and last time there

Der Zeitverlust von 30 min und die 2 Euro Parkplatzgebühr die ich trotzdem bezahlen musste waren wirklich sehr ärgerlich. There was no stay because neither cash nor Maestro were accepted. The loss of time of 30 minutes and the 2 Euro parking fee that I had to pay anyway were really very annoying.

R	Radu C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel bietet ausschließlich Self-Check-In an. Leider ist das System voller Bugs und arbeiten nicht ordnungsgemäß. Beim Versuch einzuchecken wird bspw. die Fehlermeldung ausgegeben: “Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, melden sie sich bei der Rezeption” …. aber eine Rezeption gibt es nicht! Somit kein einchecken möglich, Rechnung wurde natürlich schon abgebucht. Eine sehr unangenehme Art Mitarbeiter einzusparen! Nicht empfehlenswert, außer sie möchten mit ihrem Gepäck vor der Tür verharren ohne Möglichkeit auf das Zimmer zuzugreifen. The hotel only offers self-check-in. Unfortunately, the system is full of bugs and does not work properly. When trying to check in, for example, the error message is displayed: “An error has occurred, please contact reception”…. but there is no reception! So no check-in possible, the invoice has of course already been debited. A very unpleasant way of saving employees! Not recommended, unless you want to stay in front of the door with your luggage without being able to access the room.
P	Petra Kneissl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufenthalt war gut, allerdings wurde mir €30 Zuviel abgebucht, trotz 2 maligen bitten den Betrag zurück zu erstatten, bis jetzt nix passiert! Ärgerlich, das müsste eigentlich umgehend zurück überweisen werden! Warte schon mehr als 2 Wochen darauf! Rechnung besser genau kontrollieren, bevor man zahlt! Stay was good, but I was charged €30 too much, despite asking twice to refund the amount, nothing has happened so far! Annoying, that should actually be transferred back immediately! I've been waiting for this for more than 2 weeks! Better check the bill carefully before paying!

The hotel is new and needs to set a name for itself, but with this quality, it certainly will make it. The self check-in is easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, in August there is no breakfast available, but there are plenty of options nearby (30 metres from the front door). And for dinner, the excellent restarant at ground floor is just perfect. I recommend this hotel to anyone!
