Projekt 1: Zubau mit einem Schrägdach ca 11m², 3,7 lfm Dachrinne und ca 10 lfm Attikaabdeckung. Aus 20 Facharbeiterstunden im Angebot wurden auf der Rechnung 28 Stunden. Also eine satte Überschreitung von 40%.
Projekt 2: Terrassenüberdachung ca 32m². Hier wurde die Angebote Arbeitszeit „nur“ um 28% überschritten, dafür das Angebotene Material zB. Alu Colorblech Prefalz für Blechdach um 33% mehr verrechnet.
Ob für diese Differenzen zwischen Angebot und Rechnung auf die Arbeiter zurückzuführen ist (hatten bei uns einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen) oder auf den Chef (der vor der Angebotslegung persönlich Naturmaße genommen hat) ist für einen Laien nicht nachvollziehbar.
Also Vorsicht liebe Leser, ein unverbindliches Angebot funktioniert nur bei kompetenten Firmen mit Handschlagqualität.

Project 1: Extension with a pitched roof of approx. 11m², 3.7 running meters of gutter and about 10 running meters of parapet cover. The 20 hours of skilled workers on offer turned into 28 hours on the bill. In other words, a whopping over 40%.
Project 2: Terrace roofing approx 32m². Here the offered working time was "only" exceeded by 28%, for example the offered material. Alu color sheet prefalz for sheet metal roofs charged 33% more.
A layperson cannot understand whether these differences between the offer and the invoice are due to the workers (who made a very good impression on us) or to the boss (who personally took natural measurements before the offer was submitted).
So be careful dear readers, a non-binding offer only works with competent companies with a handshake quality.
