Als ich den Rollladen ein paar Tage später benutzen wollte stellte sich heraus dass er falsch montiert wurde und funktionierte nicht mehr! The company leaves a lot of dirt after installing a rain gutter and loses part of a roller shutter and asked me to help. When I wanted to use the roller shutter a few days later, it turned out that it was incorrectly installed and no longer worked!

Nach mehrmaligen nachfragen habe ich heute Kw 03 2022 noch immer keinen Termin für die Reparatur. Schlechtes Service, nicht Empfehlenswert, nie wieder. Got an offer for the repair of two broken roof tiles. The order was placed in week 24 of 2021. After repeated inquiries I still don't have an appointment for the repair today week 03 2022. Bad service, not recommended, never again.
