Absolut unerträgliche Kommunikation - also Preise sind Fixpreise, und immer gerechtfertigt. Experience incredibly presumptuous service; So because of "your eyes should be worth it" or "what do you spend on your cell phone" and further prepotency await you there. Absolutely unbearable communication - prices are fixed prices and always justified.

Die Beratung ist äußerst kompetent und wenn immer es Probleme gibt, bekomme ich dort rasche und adäquate Hilfe, was mir ein manchen Fällen auch das lange Warten auf einen Augenarzttermin erspart hat. Kontaktlinsen und Brille sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, so daß ich überhaupt keine Anpassungsschwierigkeiten habe, wenn ich z.B. abends von den Linsen auf die Brille wechsle. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Wildling, der mich schon so viele Jahre durch meine Fehlsichtigkeit begleitet. Das gesamte Team von Optik Spellitz kann auch sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen. Meine Kinder freuen sich immer, wenn wir einen Termin dort haben und sie haben vollstes Vertrauen zu den Mitarbeitern. I have been a customer of Optik Spellitz for over 30 years and I am still very satisfied. The advice is extremely competent and whenever there are problems, I get there quick and adequate help, which has saved me some cases even the long wait for an ophthalmologist appointment. Contact lenses and goggles are perfectly matched, so I have no adjustment difficulties at all, e.g. change from the lenses to the glasses in the evening. My special thanks go to Mr. Wildling, who has accompanied me for so many years through my refractive error. The entire team at Optik Spellitz is also very good with children. My children are always happy when we have an appointment there and they have the utmost confidence in the employees.

Preislich in etwa vergleichbar mit anderen Optikern. Aber was wirklich top ist: der Service! Hatte nach dem Kauf eine Reklamation des Brillenrahmens. Dabei wurde sehr kompetent und kundenfreundlich vorgegangen. Meine nächste Brille kaufe ich wieder hier. Großes Danke an Herrn Martin. I bought my new glasses here. Zu meinen Monatslinsen habe ich einen Halbjahresvorrat an Aufbewahrungs-/Reinigungslösung dazugeschenkt bekommen! Komme gerne wieder. Very competent and friendly advice. Employees take their time. A good selection of both optical glasses and sunglasses. With my monthly lenses I got a six-month supply of storage / cleaning solution! I would love to come back.

Ich habe meine Brille vor zwei Jahren bekommen. Dioptriezahl weiß ich leider nicht mehr." "Die Sehstärke müss ma schon wissen." "Kann man da nicht einen Sehtest machen?" "Der kostet aber 38 Euro." "38 Euro? Auch, wenn ich eine Brille bei Ihnen kaufe?" "Wenn Sie in eine Werkstatt gehen und einen Reifen aufziehen, müssen's auch dafür zahlen." "Wenn Sie so patzig antworten, müssen Sie sich nicht wundern, wenn die Leute zu Fielmann gehen, was ich jetzt auch machen werde." "Machen Sie das." Auf ihrer Homepage kann man lesen: "Wir scheuen keinen Preisvergleich und garantieren: Gleiches Produkt und gleiche Leistung in keinem anderen Geschäft günstiger!"
