★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen - kaufen Sie keine Produkte hier! Ich habe vor ein paar Monaten über ein eigentlich renommiertes Sportfachgeschäft ein Paar Inlineskates von Spartan Sport gekauft. Beim Kauf wurde mir noch versichert, dass es Ersatzteile geben wird (im konkreten Fall Bremsklötze). Nun ist der Bremsklotz (wohlgemerkt ein Verschleißteil!!!) abgenutzt und ich wollte einen neuen kaufen. Doch weder beim Sportfachgeschäft noch bei Spartan Sport direkt ist dies zu erhalten.
Auf E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert, ein Anruf schließlich wurde unmotiviert, gleichgültig und unfreundlich entgegengenommen. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass es das Teil einfach nicht mehr gebe, dass ich damit leben soll und ich Pech gehabt hätte. Weiters wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mir doch einfach einen Bremsklotz irgend eines anderen Herstellers "passend basteln" solle (!!!).
So eine bodenlose Frechheit ist mir noch nicht untergekommen! Ich kann nur raten, KEIN einziges Produkt hier zu kaufen - es gibt keinen Produktsupport und Produkte werden bereits nach sehr kurzer Zeit zum Sondermüll!
Stay away from this company - do not buy any products here! A few months ago I bought a pair of inline skates from Spartan Sport through a well-known sports shop. When buying I was assured that there will be spare parts (in this case, brake pads). Now the brake pad (mind you a wearing part !!!) Worn out and I wanted to buy a new one. But neither at the sports shop nor at Spartan Sport directly this is to be obtained.
E-mails were unresponsive, a call finally was unmotivated, indifferent and unfriendly received. I was told that the part just did not exist, that I should live with it and that I was unlucky. Furthermore, I was told that I should just make a brake pad of any other manufacturer "fitting" (!!!).
Such a bottomless impudence has not come my way! I can only advise, NO single product to buy here - there is no product support and products are already after a very short time for hazardous waste!
