M	M. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wurde ich bis jetzt nur einmal freundlich behandelt (als es darum ging mich anzuwerben für eines der Produkte). Danach konnte ich keine guten Erfahrungen mehr machen. Habe mich über die Hotline telefonisch erkundigt ob etwas Lagernd in der Filiale ist und bin danach in die Filiale gefahren, mir wurde dort aber gleich gesagt (ohne nachzuschauen) das man so etwas bestellen muss. Als ich die Dame aber darauf angesprochen habe das es Lagernd sein sollte da ich mich informiert habe wurde sie hellhörig und ist nachschauen gegangen. -> es war Lagernd. Ein weiteres großes Manko ist das "zurückrufen". Direkt kann man niemanden erreichen, es kann aber ein Rückruf über die Hotline angefordert werden. Zurückgerufen wird man NICHT. Stand 30.08.2020: Ich warte schon fast das zweite Monat auf einen Rückruf. Ich habe auch schon in einer anderen Filiale versucht zu erfragen was da los ist.... Auf eines ist aber verlass und zwar das jeden Monat pünktlich bezahlt werden muss. Freundliche Grüße!! So far I have only been treated kindly once (when it came to soliciting me for one of the products). After that, I couldn't have had any good experiences. I asked via the hotline by phone whether something was in stock in the branch and then drove to the branch, but was told immediately (without looking) that something like this had to be ordered. But when I asked the lady that it should be in stock because I had informed myself, she was noisy and went to look. -> it was in stock. Another major shortcoming is "calling back". Nobody can be reached directly, but a callback can be requested via the hotline. You are NOT called back. As of 08/30/2020: I've been waiting for a callback for almost the second month. I've already tried to find out what's going on in another branch .... One thing you can rely on is that you have to pay on time every month. Friendly greetings!!

I was satisfied beforehand, but after I have a new supervisor, I am unfortunately no longer so I am looking for a new bank.
