Bank wird jetzt gewechselt von meiner Ganzen Familie ! Completely unprofessional. Need 2 people to answer something. 0 understanding when you talk to them. Bank is now being changed by my whole family!

Günstiges Konto und ohne Abhebungs-Limit wie alle andere Banken.. I have been with BAWAG for 7 years and I am completely satisfied .... Ich wurde bei jeder Filiale immer gut beraten, ja und auch in der Vöcklabrucker Filiale! Und ich finde auch nicht das die Mitarbeiter in Vöcklabruck unfreundlich sind, sondern mir wurde immer zugehört und ich wurde immer sehr gut beraten. I have been a BAWAG customer for 7-8 years and never had any problems. Contrary to previous speakers, I can not understand these reviews at all. I was always well advised at every branch, yes and also in the Vöcklabrucker branch! And I do not think that the employees in Vöcklabruck are unfriendly, but I was always listened to and I was always very well advised.
S	Schneewittchen Und die Zwerge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eigentlich eine nette Beraterin. Aber wenn man sie telefonisch braucht ist es eine Katastrophe. Kommt nie durch und Abheben tut auch nie jemand. Und immer per E-Mail finde ich auch sehr uninteressant vorallem wenn es etwas wichtiges ist. Eventuell könnte man dran arbeiten das die, die dort arbeiten auch Mal beim Telefon abheben ? I actually have a nice advisor. But if you need them over the phone, it's a disaster. Never gets through and no one ever takes off. And always by e-mail I find it very uninteresting, especially when it is something important. Maybe you could work on the fact that those who work there pick up the phone ?

Nach Beschwerden die beim Beschwerdemanagement der Bawag eingereicht wurden, da nie ein Rückruf getätigt wurde, kommt von der Filiale die trotzige Antwort „Wir wollen nichts mehr zu tun haben mit Ihnen“. Danke, dass Sie zeigen wie es nicht sein soll. Plus geht an die Mitarbeiter des telefonischen Kundenservice. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. This branch leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. Not available by phone anyway. After complaints that were submitted to the complaints management of Bawag, because a callback was never made, the defiant answer comes from the branch: “We don't want to have anything more to do with you”. Thank you for showing how it shouldn't be. Plus goes to the employees of the telephone customer service. Very helpful and courteous.

Doch die Bawag hat mir bewiesen,dass es doch noch eine Bank gibt die, wenn man schon nicht mehr weis wie man die Hochzinskredite anderer Banken begleichen soll, mir mit einem tollen Abschluss aus der Patsche geholfen hat. Mit Herrn Niedermayr hab ich einen sehr netten, bemühten Kundenmanager bekommen der auch telefonisch immer erreichbar war und auch zurückrief. Eigentlich möchte ich nur 4 1/2 Sterne vergeben,denn allgemein ist es leider schon so, dassman beim Telefonservice sehr lange warten muss und dann das Ausgemachte nicht passiert.(Rückruf) I have already lost confidence in our banks. But Bawag has shown me that there is still a bank that, when you no longer know how to pay the high-interest loans from other banks, has bailed me out with a great deal. With Mr. Niedermayr, I got a very nice, hard-working customer manager who was always available by phone and also called back.
