★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service und Freundlichkeit sind absolut ok! Aber gegen eine Direktbank (Internet) hat keine herkömmliche Bank eine Chance (Kontoführungsentgelt, usw).
Service and friendliness are absolutely ok! But no conventional bank has a chance against a direct bank (Internet) (account management fee, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die haben einen neuen kerl drinnen beim schalter, selten so einen unsympathischen typen gesehen.. zum glück ist er nicht mein berater sonst würde ich sofort die bank wechseln..
They saw a new guy inside the counter, rarely such an unappealing guy .. luckily he is not my advisor otherwise I would change the bank immediately ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorraum hatte am 16.8. starken Modergeruch bzw. Schimmelgeruch. Habe nach Gebrauch des SB Gerätes kratzende Halsschmerzen bekommen. Sanierung wäre dringend notwendig.

The vestibule had on August 16. strong musty odor or mold odor. I got a scratchy sore throat after using the self-service device. Refurbishment is urgently needed.
