A	Ana Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich geh ich gerne zum Spar wg. der guten Eigenprodukte. Was mir allerdings vermehrt auffällt, ist die fehlende (obwohl beworbene !) Regionalität bei "Natur pur" Obst und Gemüse. Gurken aus den Niederlanden oder Spanien, Bio-Paprika aus Spanien, Bio-Zwiebel aus Ägypten, ...kein Angebot an österr. Beeren (ist aber leider in anderen Märkten auch so) Das muss doch gerade in der Hauptsaison der Sorten nicht sein !!! Schade, wenn ich regionales Gemüse kaufen will, muß ich woanders hingehen. Actually, I like to go to Spar wg. of the good own products. What strikes me more and more, however, is the lack of (although advertised!) Regionality in "pure nature" fruit and vegetables. Cucumbers from the Netherlands or Spain, organic peppers from Spain, organic onions from Egypt, ... no Austrian berries on offer (but unfortunately this is also the case in other markets) It doesn't have to be in the main season of the varieties! !! It's a shame, if I want to buy regional vegetables, I have to go somewhere else.
H	Hermann Mag. Luginger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich Ende März über das Kundenunfreundliche Verhalten der Mitarbeiter beim Spar in Bergheim beschwert. Man hat mir einen Gutschein versprochen, welcher bis jetzt noch nicht eingetroffen ist. Aber das dortige Mitarbeiterverhalten hat sich gebessert. At the end of March I complained about the unfriendly behavior of the employees at Spar in Bergheim. I was promised a voucher, which has not yet arrived. But employee behavior there has improved.

Kunden werden groß mit Sonn.- und Feiertagsöffnung angelockt und stehen dann vor verschlossenen Türen. In Kitzbühel standen letztens gut 50 wütende Kunden vor verschlossener Tür und Spar hält es nichtmal für nötig, auf eine E-Mail dazu zu reagieren! Absolute Gleichgültigkeit und Ignoranz, die da gegenüber den Kunden herrscht! Complaints are completely ignored by the head office and e-mails are not answered! Professional customer service is different! Customers are attracted to a large extent with opening on Sundays and public holidays and then stand in front of closed doors. In Kitzbühel there were recently around 50 angry customers standing in front of a closed door and Spar doesn't even think it necessary to respond to an e-mail! Absolute indifference and ignorance that prevails towards the customers!

Es waren sehr schöne Kalender mit Textfelder, habe mich immer darauf gefreut! Hat so ein großes Unternehmen keine finanziellen Mittel mehr,für seine treuen Kunden??! ( Kunde aus Bregenz) I am very satisfied with Spar and have been a customer for decades!! I was very annoyed that there was no calendar for 2022!! They were very nice calendars with text fields, I was always looking forward to them! Does such a large company no longer have any financial resources for its loyal customers??!
