★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute beim Betreten des Geschäftes eine FFP2 Maske bekommen, da ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nur MNS hatte. So schaut Kundenservice aus. Da könnten sich andere Konzerne etwas abschauen.
 Got an FFP2 mask when entering the shop today, as I only had MNS at the moment. This is what customer service looks like. Other corporations could learn something from that.
