★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte nach ettlichen Jahren wieder eine Wartung bei meiner Vaillant nötig. Nach telefonischer Anfrage, welche extrem höflich und unkompliziert bearbeitet wurde, erhielt ich ein paar Tage später bereits einen Termin. Im Vergleich: beim Werkskundendienst hätte ich erst in 6 Wochen einen Termin erhalten.
Obwohl ich aus Melk bin, und dies einen Mehraufwand für die Firma bedeutet, war es überhaupt kein Thema. Der Techniker war sehr bemüht und freundlich und leistete eine wirklich gute Arbeit.
Richtig "erschrocken" im positiven Sinn war ich vom Preis. Also ich kann nur sagen, VIELEN VIELEN DANK!! Schon lange konnte ich nicht mehr so ruhig schlafen, da meine Therme nun wieder gewartet ist und alles top eingestellt.
Jedenfalls eine eindeutige Empfehlung von meiner Seite!
After several years I had to do maintenance on my Vaillant again. After a telephone inquiry, which was processed extremely politely and easily, I received an appointment a few days later. In comparison: I would only have had an appointment with the customer service department in 6 weeks.
Although I am from Melk, and this means additional work for the company, it was not an issue at all. The technician was very helpful and friendly and did a really good job.
I was really "scared" in a positive sense by the price. So I can only say THANK YOU so much !! It was a long time since I was able to sleep as calmly as my thermal bath is now serviced again and everything is set up perfectly.
In any case, a clear recommendation on my part!
