★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best SPAR supermarket in Mayrhofen. Well worth the walk to this branch from the high street. Not as busy as the high street supermarket, with super friendly staff and a better selection of foods, and many of SPARs good deals on local foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an Arc’teryx jacket for €100 (reduced from €200) and wore it twice... the fabric over the pockets developed lots of little holes and tears in it even though all I had put in the pockets was a bit of cash and a bank card... I took it back to the shop but they refused to give me a refund because they said i shouldn’t have put anything in the pockets because it was just meant to be a mid layer so should have worn another jacket over the top of it !!! Why did the manufacturer put pockets in it then ?!? I’m absolutely disgusted with the jacket’s quality and the shop’s customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ snowbard boots didn't fit my feet so well, went back and was able to switch boots. Couple days later traded snowboard and boots in for a pair of skis and boots, was all no problem! Material was relatively new and very high quality. Staff is friendly and helpful (especially the British guy!) Service 10/10! Material 10/10! Will rent here next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get all the basic stuff you need need to feed yourself during your winter/summer holidays, included fresh, on place sliced cheese and ham. They also have a good choice of drinks, wines and beers. It's located directly on the main road, outside of Mayrhofen, on the way to Hintertux, what makes it an ideal quick stop on the way home from the slopes.
