 Around the waterfall dead city, only ruins and empty shops, the only thing worth seeing is the waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahre seit vielen Jahren hierher. Seit es Gastein besser geht, ist deutlich weniger Kundenorientierung zu vermerken. Wenig Bemühen erkennbar. Schade!
Have been going here for many years. Since Gastein has been doing better, there has been significantly less customer orientation. Little effort evident. Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #LetsGuide schöne kleine Ortschaft, die lange als mondäner Kurort gehobener Gesellschaftsschichten galt. Das ist heute nicht mehr der Fall. Der Kur und Wintersportort ist aber immer noch ein Besuchswert. Leider ist das Casino seit 2015 geschlossen. Flair liegt aber noch immer in der Luft. Für die mal in einer sehr lockeren Atmosphäre wohnen wollen, empfehle ich in die Villa Mühlenberger zu versuchen. Günstige historische Zimmer mit sehr netten Gastgeber.
#LetsGuide beautiful little town that has long been considered a fashionable health resort for upscale social classes. That is no longer the case today. The spa and winter sports resort is still worth a visit. Unfortunately, the casino has been closed since 2015. Flair is still in the air. For those who want to live in a very relaxed atmosphere, I recommend trying Villa Mühlenberger. Inexpensive historical rooms with very nice hosts.
