★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar,man muss Ersatzteile nehmen und bezahlen obwohl diese nicht bestellt wurden und angeblich nicht zurück geschickt werden können.Also für mich einmal und nicht wieder.
For me incomprehensible, you have to take spare parts and pay although they were not ordered and allegedly can not be sent back. So for me once and not again.

Super repair service. Damage to a roller shutter was completely repaired within 2 (!) Hours after the damage was reported!
