★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind gerade angereist. Stehen seit 1 1/2 Stunden vor verschlossenener Tür bei 0°, da der Pin zum Schlüsselkasten nicht funktioniert. Die Service nummer an der Tür führt erstmal in ewige Warteschleife, verbindet uns dann falsch ins Zillertal, also nochmal anrufen und warten. Danach wurden wir richtig verbunden. Die Dame am Telefon mit osteuropäischem Akzent ist absolut unverschämt, kein Wort der Entschuldigung, keine Lösung parat. Wir sollen feste ziehen sagt sie... Nachdem wir ihr mehrmals geschildert haben, dass das nicht funktioniert sagte sie sie würde gleich zurück rufen. Nach längerem warten habe ich nochmal bei ihr angerufen nur um mir wieder anhören zu müssen ich solle doch ziehen, ich würde das nicht richtig machen. Nach langer Diskussion hat sie dann jemanden zu uns geschickt und einfach aufgelegt.
Als der Mitarbeiter dann bei uns eintraf könnte auch er die Schlüsselbox nicht öffnen. Haben dann ein Apartment im 2. Stock nehmen müssen anstelle des gebuchten im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.
Update nach 5 Tagen:
Die positiven Bewertungen dieser Unterkunft sind mir ein Rätsel.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist die Wohnung in einem absolut wiederlichem Zustand. Die ganze Wohnung stinkt, aber das schlimmste ist das Bad. Hier lässt es sich kaum aushalten. Es stinkt nach Fäule und Schimmel. Etwa wie wenn man die Pumpe vom Aquarium nach langer Zeit sauber macht - hoch 10. Das Geschirr und Besteck war verschmiert mit Essenresten und unter der Bank im Wohnzimmer lagen Nudeln und Cornflakes. Staub in allen Ecken, Schimmel im Bad, gebrauchte(!) Einweg Zahnputz becher, im Schlafzimmer Defekte Lampen und zersplitterte Metallteile in der Dusche (und das obwohl der Duschkopf selbst nagelneu ist, warum nicht direkt beides erneuern?)
Das Dorf selbst und wunderschön und die Lage Perfekt.
 Have just arrived. Standing in front of a locked door at 0° for 1 1/2 hours because the pin to the key box doesn't work. The service number at the door first puts us on hold forever, then connects us wrong to Zillertal, so call again and wait. After that we were properly connected. The lady on the phone with an Eastern European accent is absolutely rude, no word of apology, no solution ready. We should pull tight, she says... After we told her several times that it didn't work, she said she would call back right away. After a long wait I called her again just to have to listen to me again I should pull, I wouldn't do it right. After a long discussion, she sent someone to us and just hung up.
When the employee came to us, he couldn't open the key box either. Then had to take a 2nd floor apartment instead of the ground floor booked with direct access to the garden.
Update after 5 days:
The positive reviews of this accommodation baffle me.
As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is in absolutely disgusting condition. The whole apartment stinks, but the worst thing is the bathroom. You can hardly stand it here. It stinks of rot and mildew. Kind of like when you clean the pump from the aquarium after a long time - to the power of 10. The dishes and cutlery were smeared with food leftovers and there were pasta and cornflakes under the bench in the living room. Dust in every corner, mold in the bathroom, used(!) disposable toothbrush cups, defective lamps in the bedroom and splintered metal parts in the shower (even though the shower head itself is brand new, why not replace both right away?)
The village itself and beautiful and the location Perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A notre arrivée dans l'appartement numéro 3 : ampoule grillée dans la cuisine ( remplacée à nos frais) espace cuisine non nettoyée, .
Nous avons degivrė et nettoyé le frigo afin de pouvoir nous en servir.
Le four de la cuisinière très sale, les boutons sales et gras que nous avons dû nettoyer.
Ustensiles de cuisine plus que minima, pas de saladier qui peuvent contenir une salade pour 2 personnes et certains ustensiles étaient sales.
Il est stipulé que le logement est nettoyé et désinfecté après chaque location, ça n'a pas été le cas.
Nous avons été très déçus, d'autant plus qu'il y a 3 ans nous avions un appartement à Sonnhof où tout était ok.
L'appartement sinon est bien conçu bien situé avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.
On our arrival in apartment number 3: bulb burnt out in the kitchen (replaced at our expense) kitchen area not cleaned,.
We defrosted and cleaned the fridge so we could use it.
Very dirty stove oven, dirty greasy knobs that we had to clean.
Kitchen utensils more than minimum, no salad bowl that can hold a salad for 2 people and some utensils were dirty.
It is stipulated that the accommodation is cleaned and disinfected after each rental, this was not the case.
We were very disappointed, especially since 3 years ago we had an apartment in Sonnhof where everything was ok.
The apartment otherwise is well designed well located with a beautiful view of the mountains.
