C	Carla Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und es ist ruhig. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Der Balkon riesig. Das Bad könnte besser gereinigt werden und die Amaturen an der Wanne. Das Essen ist gut und reichhaltig. Für jeden etwas dabei. Das Strandbad zum Hotel ist schön. Für jeden gibt es eine Liege und Sonnenschirm. Dort kann man auch Kaffee und andere Getränke am Kiosk bestellen. Es wird sogar bis an die Liege serviert. Manche Möbelstücke könnten erneuert werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. The hotel is very nice and it is quiet. The service staff is friendly and is available with help and advice. The rooms are simply furnished. The balcony huge. The bathroom could be better cleaned and the fittings on the tub. The food is good and rich. Something for everyone. The beach to the hotel is nice. There is a sunbed and umbrella for everyone. There you can also order coffee and other drinks at the kiosk. It is even served to the lounger. Some pieces of furniture could be renewed. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Nice old hotel! Very clean and well maintained! Very nice and personable receptionist! Very ok in terms of price! Own beach! Don't overrun! I would love to come back!
W	Willi Wunstl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt renovierte Zimmer, aber wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer aus der Gründerzeit (Mitte 1950er gemäß Aufzug). Die Türschnalle ist so wackelig, dass man glaubt, sie fällt gleich aus der Tür. Altes Holzfenster mit Einfachverglasung (!!!), das Fenster kann man nicht kippen. Uraltes, abgestoßenes Mobiliar. Das eine Zimmer hatte ein Safe, der aber verschlossen war und nach Nachfrage NICHT geöffnet werden konnte. Das zweite Zimmer hatte eine verschließbare Holzlade im Tisch!!! Zum Totlachen. Parkettboden wurde erneuert, aber knarrt extrem. Zimmer, Bad und WC sind zwar alt, aber sauber. Das Frühstück ist Mittelklasse. Es gibt zwar diverse Wurst- und Käsesorten, Aufstriche, frische Tomaten etc. aber nur Semmeln und Brot, kein sonstiges Gebäck. Kaffee und Tee … alles okay. Ansonsten ist mir nichts abgegangen. Die Rezeptionistin deutschen Ursprungs ist an Überheblichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Covid19 Maßnahmen sind dort unbekannt (ausgenommen der Desinfektionsmittelspender). Keine 3G Kontrolle, nicht einmal nach meiner eigenen Nachfrage. Nicht einmal bei der Abmahnung durch die Polizei ist eine Einsicht, Kontrollen machen zu müssen, zu erkennen. Der Polizist hat angedroht, den Betrieb schließen zu müssen, wenn die Vorschriften nicht eingehalten werden. Der Preis ist für diese Einzelzimmer viel zu hoch. There are renovated rooms, but we had two single rooms from the Wilhelminian era (mid-1950s according to the elevator). The door handle is so wobbly that you think it's about to fall out the door. Old wooden window with single glazing (!!!), the window cannot be tilted. Ancient, worn furniture. One room had a safe, but it was locked and could NOT be opened upon request. The second room had a lockable wooden drawer in the table! To die for. Parquet floor was renewed, but extremely creaks. The room, bathroom and toilet are old, but clean. The breakfast is middle class. There are various types of sausage and cheese, spreads, fresh tomatoes, etc. but only rolls and bread, no other pastries. Coffee and tea ... everything is okay. Otherwise I missed nothing. The receptionist of German origin is hard to beat when it comes to arrogance. Covid19 measures are unknown there (with the exception of the disinfectant dispenser). No 3G control, not even on my own request. Even with the warning from the police, an insight into having to make controls can be recognized. The policeman threatened to close the company if the regulations were not followed. The price is far too high for these single rooms.

Mann muss 10 min warten bis man einmal warmes Wasser bekommt und bei mir gab es nicht mal eine Dusche sondern eine Badewanne wo es nicht mal einen Schutz gibt das das Wasser nicht hinaus spritzt. Der Föhn muss erst bei der Rezeption geholt werden. Mir hat es persönlich nicht gefallen The wall behind the cupboard was not too concreted. You have to wait 10 minutes until you get warm water and I didn't even have a shower but a bathtub where there is not even a protection that the water does not splash out. The hair dryer must first be picked up at the reception. Personally, I didn't like it
L	Lutz Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes ,etwas älteres Haus. Die sich aus der Bausubstanz ergebenden Unzulänglichkeiten, werden durch das freundliche Personal wettgemacht. Besonders ist die sehr gute Küche hervorzuheben. Tolle Auswahl und alles auf den Punkt zubereitet. Dem Personal gebührt eine Krone. Good, somewhat older house. The inadequacies resulting from the building fabric are made up for by the friendly staff. The very good kitchen is particularly to be highlighted. Great selection and everything prepared to the point. A crown is due to the staff.

D	Dawn Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was beautiful my only fault is there is no bar open there was one but not in use.drinks served at meal times only and with such a large garden area and children's play area after evening meal the hotel was in darkness at 9 .No lights in the grounds and everything locked up. JUSTINA on reception was wonderful .Nothing was too much trouble for her.We travelled as 4 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful holiday.The bathing area done by the lake is one of the best we've ever had in portschach and a bar serving drinks and lunches which was great for the children.
