★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne grosse Ferienwohnung. Top ausgestattet. Sehr sehr sauber. Küche komplett eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden . Im Bad könnten noch Haken und Regale angebracht werden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist leider ohne Kleiderschrank.
 Nice big apartment. Top equipped. Very very clean. Kitchen completely furnished. Everything available . In the bathroom could still hooks and shelves are attached. One bedroom is unfortunately without a wardrobe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier ein gemütliches Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und auch verabschiedet. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen und Kinder ebenso natürlich. Genug Geschirr ist vorhanden. Alles super gewesen. Wir kommen wieder. ?
We spent a relaxing weekend with the whole family here. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed and also adopted. Also our dogs were welcome and children just as natural. Enough dishes are available. Everything was great. We will be back. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus an sich ist gut gelegen und schön, allerdings wird hier nichts was bei Vormietern beschädigt wurde ersetzt. So gibt es keine Gartenmöbel und nur einen Barhocker. Außerdem ist das ausgeschriebene Trampolin nicht vorhanden. Eine sauna ist da, aber außer Betrieb.
Der Vermieter kennt auch keine Privatsphäre und steht unangemeldet plötzlich in der Küche.
Motto: hier wird möglichst viel Profit gemacht, ohne den Laden in Schuss zu halten.
The house itself is well located and beautiful, but nothing that has been damaged by previous tenants will be replaced. There is no garden furniture and only a bar stool. In addition, the advertised trampoline is not available. A sauna is there, but out of order.
The landlord has no privacy either and suddenly stands in the kitchen without prior notice.
Motto: as much profit as possible is made here without keeping the shop in good shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Empfelenswert. Fand den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hauses kommt für Leute die Ruhige Orte Lieben sehr zu Gute da es ziemlich abgelegen liegt. Hat einen eigenen Partykeller wo gut Billiard, Tischtennis und Kicker gespielt werden kann. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was so im Urlaub benötigt wird.
Very recommendable. Found the stay there very pleasant. The location of the house is very beneficial for people who love quiet places because it is quite remote. Has its own party room where you can play billiards, table tennis and table football. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed on vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don't recomend this plase. The owner is very greedy. Many thinks in this house are in bad condition and he want from us to pay for this what was broken. One advice: take warm cloths with you if you don't want to pay to much for heat ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice vacation there, but there were some things that really annoyed us, for example:
*we only had one tv in the whole villa, no tv s in the rooms, only in the living room and one video projector in the cinema which we didn t really use .
*we had to pay for the heat and electricity and stuff without being announced before arriving
*we rented the house especially for winter sports and im sure that a lot of people rent it in the winter season for the same reason...we didnt have a ski room where we were supposed to store our stuff, we had to keep them in the cars.
*also, if you re looking forward to come here for skiing, keep in mind that the skiing areas are pretty far away, the closest one should be in sölden which is ~30km away.
*the place is pretty old, like most of the places in tirol, the owners tried to keep it fresh by adding a lot of table games ,cinema, beer drafts, bbq grills and so on..
Overall we had a great vacation there and the owners were friendly and they let us have fun.
