J	Johann Töws on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich finde das dieses Haus bzw die Familie, haben diese 5 Sterne mehr als nur verdient. Wir (13 Männer) haben es zwecks eines Junggesellenabschied über das Wochenende gemietet. Der Kontakt zur Familie bei fragen, war immer sehr schnell unkompliziert und einfach zu erreichen. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft und der schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. (Sehr positiv) Die drei Ferienwohnungen waren sauber, hochwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und man hat sich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar ein Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. (Dankeschön nochmal) Eine Tischtennisplatte in einem separaten Raum stand auch zur freien Verfügung. Genügend Parkplätze waren auch da (positiv überrascht) Nochmal vielen vielen dank für das kurze aber schöne Wochenende. So I think this house and the family have more than deserved these 5 stars. We (13 men) rented it for a bachelorette party over the weekend. The contact to the family with questions was always very quick, uncomplicated and easy to reach. The reception on arrival and the handing over of the keys was very friendly, you immediately felt welcome. (Very positive) The three apartments were clean, of high quality and very well equipped. The bathrooms are of very high quality and you felt very, very comfortable. A grill was even made available. (Thank you again) A table tennis table in a separate room was also available. There were also enough parking spaces (pleasantly surprised) Again, many, many thanks for the short but nice weekend.

A	Anka Sallhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was man nicht oft erlebt in Ferienwohnungen. Einem gemütlichen Frühstück, ohne das Haus für frische Brötchen verlassen zu müssen, steht nichts im Wege, da ein Brötchenservice angeboten wird. Sehr angenehm ist die Tatsache, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt. Nach einem Tag in den Bergen können die Kinder draußen spielen, oder bei Regen in einem extra Raum mit Tischtennisplatte, Kinderküche und und und. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Badesee, im Ötzidorf&Greifvogelpark und an der Kneippanlange. Falls wir nochmal ins Ötztal fahren sollten, geht's nochmals zu Familie Waldharts. The apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, which you don't often see in holiday apartments. Nothing stands in the way of a leisurely breakfast without having to leave the house for fresh bread rolls, as a bread roll service is offered. The fact that there are two bathrooms is very pleasant. After a day in the mountains, the children can play outside, or in the rain in an extra room with table tennis, children's kitchen and and and. The owners are very nice, helpful and happy to give tips. You can walk to the swimming lake, the Ötzidorf & Greifvogelpark and the Kneipp facility in a few minutes. If we should go to the Ötztal again, we go to the Waldharts family again.
T	TheDude87 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vergangene Woche mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen zu Gast in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die meisten Zimmer sind neu hergerichtet. Für größere Gruppen besonders schön: es gibt insgesamt 5 Bäder, alle mit Dusche, und die untere Küche bot Platz für alle an dem ausgezogenen Esstisch. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen gleich nebenan. Zu empfehlen ist eine insgesamt ca. 1,5 stündige Wanderung zum nahegelegenen Wasserfall. Eine sehr leckere Pizzeria liegt nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub machen! Vielen Dank nochmal an die freundlichen Gastgeber We were guests in this house last week with a group of 16 people. The house is very nicely decorated. Most of the rooms have been refurbished. Especially nice for larger groups: there are a total of 5 bathrooms, all with shower, and the lower kitchen offered space for everyone at the extended dining table. The landlord family is very nice and helpful. You live next door. We recommend a 1.5 hour hike to the nearby waterfall. A very tasty pizzeria is only a 5-10 minute walk from the house. We would definitely go back to this property! Many thanks again to the friendly hosts

Melanie y Alexander han sido unos anfitriones geniales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que haga falta. Además la zona merece mucho la pena, tanto cerca de la casa andando como a pocos minutos en coche hay un montón de cosas por descubrir. Espero que podamos volver pronto! A perfect house to spend a few days in Ötztal. The accommodation has everything one could need and more. Ideal to go with children. Melanie and Alexander have been great hosts, always ready to help out. In addition, the area is very worthwhile, both close to the house on foot and a few minutes by car there are a lot of things to discover. I hope we can come back soon!

Das Ötzidorf und der Stuibenfall ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Super nette Vermieter! Wenn wir nochmal ins Ötztal kommen, nächtigen wir definitiv wieder hier ? Super nice holiday home with 2 apartments. Quietly located and yet very central for many excursion destinations. The Ötzi village and the Stuibenfall are just a few minutes' walk away. Super nice landlord! If we come to the Ötztal again, we will definitely be staying here again ?
M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferien-Haus mit 4 Etagen. In der Mitte gibt es eine Türe, die das Haus in 2 Wohnungen trennt. Ich kann nur von der unteren Wohnung berichten, die wir mit 9 Personen über Fasching 2022 eine Woche bewohnt haben. Die Wohn-Küche ist bei Miete des ganzen Hauses als gemeinsamer Aufenhaltsort gedacht. Entsprechend großzügig ist auch der Tisch, Teller, Besteck usw. ausgefallen. Für 9 Personen mehr als ausreichend :-). Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 zweckmäßige Bäder und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Leider keine "Gästetoilette". Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in der Mitte vom Ötztal. Von da aus kann man nach Niederthai zum Langlaufen, bzw. nach Sölden oder nach Oetz in die Skigebiete. Der Brötchenservice ist super - Danke Alexander :-) Wenn wir noch mal ins Ötztal kommen, werden wir wieder hier nächtigen - wenn noch was frei ist. Holiday house with 4 floors. In the middle there is a door that separates the house into 2 apartments. I can only report on the lower apartment, which we lived in with 9 people for a week over Carnival 2022. When renting the whole house, the kitchen/living room is intended as a common place to stay. The table, plates, cutlery, etc. are correspondingly generous. More than enough for 9 people :-). The 4 bedrooms are well equipped. There are 2 functional bathrooms and even a washing machine. Unfortunately no "guest toilet". We have enjoyed our stay. The house is in the middle of the Ötztal. From there you can go to Niederthai for cross-country skiing, or to Sölden or to Oetz in the ski areas. The bread service is great - thanks Alexander :-) If we come to the Ötztal again, we'll stay here again - if there's anything else available.

Wonderful apartment in the center of the town, all the services and amenities you will need are all provided upon arrival, spotless clean and super helpful hosts! Super recommended
