R	Rob Sloop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Bestellung des selbst zu zahlenden Medikaments war alles sehr nett. Bei der Abholung stellte sich dann aber plötzlich heraus, dass ich bezügl. div. Packungsgrößen inkompetent bzw. nicht informiert wurde! Mein Arzt hatte mit erklärt das sich in der Packung 10 Stk. befinden - somit war die Packungsgröße gar kein Thema Als ich das Medikament abholte bekam ich nur eine Packung mit 2 Stk. Die Apothekerin mir erklärte danach (!) das es in Österreich nur 2er Packungen gibt,10er Packungen hätte man mir aus Deutschland bestellen müssen - und dies in sehr unfreundlicher Art und Weise. Dazu meinte sie noch ich solle froh sein das ich überhaupt 2 Stk. bekomme, normal wäre nur ein Stk.! Warum bekam ich bei der Bestellung keine Information diesbezüglich? Vielleicht weil eine 10er Packung im Endeffekt günstiger für mich wäre, die Apotheke aber mit einer 2er Packung mehr verdient? In Zukunft hole ich mir das aus Kiefersfelden. Die Sonnberg-Apotheke sieht mich nie mehr wieder! "Kundenorientierte Beratung" ist wohl eine leere Schlagzeile bei der Kirchberger Sonnenapotheke. When ordering the self-paying medication, everything was very nice. When I picked it up, it suddenly turned out that I had to pay. various pack sizes incompetent or not informed! My doctor had explained that there were 10 pieces in the pack - so the pack size was not an issue at all. When I picked up the drug, I only got a pack of 2 pieces. The pharmacist then explained (!) That in Austria there were only 2 pieces There are packs, 10 packs should have been ordered from Germany - and this in a very unfriendly way. In addition, she said I should be happy that I get 2 pieces at all, normal would only be one piece! Why didn't I get any information about this when I placed my order? Maybe because a pack of 10 would be cheaper for me in the end, but the pharmacy earns more with a pack of 2? In the future I'll get this from Kiefersfelden. The Sonnberg pharmacy will never see me again! "Customer-oriented advice" is probably an empty headline at Kirchberger Sonnenapotheke.

'Meine' Stammapotheke, da sie immer alles auf Lager haben und ausgezeichnete Eigenprodukte beitzen. Sehr gerne wieder! Excellent customer service and advice. Very friendly and competent team. 'My' main pharmacy, as they always have everything in stock and have excellent own products. Lovely again!

Schön hell eingerichtet, gut sortiert und auch hohe Dosierungen eines Präparats sofort verfügbar und die Bedienung durch die wunderbare Apothekerin Frau Mag. Pharm. Miggitsch war einfach toll! In the meantime I have got to know many pharmacies, both professionally and privately, and this one is excellent. Nicely and brightly furnished, well sorted and also high doses of a preparation immediately available and the service by the wonderful pharmacist Ms. Mag. Pharm. Miggitsch was simply great!
S	SB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Team-bin fünf Minuten vor Geschäftschluß dort gewesen um eine Heilsalbe zu holen.Die mußte jedoch erst zubereitet werden.Sie haben nicht gesagt „wir schließen jetzt“sondern haben mir die Salbe noch zubereitet.Finde es toll dass es noch solche Apotheken gibt-großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter?? Great team - I was there five minutes before closing time to get a healing ointment. However, it had to be prepared first. They didn't say "we're closing now" but have prepared the ointment for me. I think it's great that there are still such pharmacies- Kudos to the staff??
