Es geht alles sehr schnell und man bekommt definitiv einen guten Service. In my opinion the prices are 'a little' high, but the staff and the atmosphere there is really pleasant. It all happens very quickly and you definitely get good service.

Meine schlimmste Friseurerfahrung überhaupt - Ich wollte mir "schnell" seitlich die Haare mit der Maschine auf 6mm rasieren lassen und bekam auch einen Termin nach 1h Wartezeit. Ich habe darum gebeten mir seitlich die Haare zu rasieren und bitte auf das ganze drum herum wie Waschen zu verzichten, da es wenig Sinn macht wenn lediglich die Seite rasiert wird... Die Antwort drauf war: "Das geht leider nicht, weil die Geschäftsleitung uns nicht erlaubt Haare zu schneiden ohne sie vorher zu waschen ?!?" - Daraufhin habe ich mehrfach gebeten die Sinnlose Wäscheprozedur auszusparen - jedoch ohne Erfolg! Anscheinend verbietet es die Geschäftsleitung auf die Kundenwünsche einzugehen oder sucht man hier eher ein Argument um die sage und schreibe 40€ für das seitliche Rasieren mit der Maschine argumentieren zu können? Customer requests are ignored! My worst hairdressing experience ever - I wanted to "shave" the side of my hair with the machine on 6mm and also got an appointment after 1h waiting time. I have asked to shave my hair sideways and please do without the whole thing like washing, as it makes little sense if only the side is shaved ... The answer was: "This is not possible, because the management Do not allow us to cut hair without washing it first?!? " - Then I asked several times to save the pointless washing procedure - but without success! Apparently, it forbids the management to respond to customer requests, or is it more of an argument here to be able to argue the whopping $ 40 for lateral shaving with the machine?
G	Guenther DUNST on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Gattin begab sich am Karfreitag in den Friseursalon und fragte um den Termin zum 'Spitzenschneiden'. Ihr wurde gesagt, dass dies € 67.-- kosten würde und am Karsamstag sie um 09.00 Uhr kommen solle. Der Termin war perfekt, das 'Spitzenschneiden' dauerte jedoch max. nur 5 Minuten. Beim Bezahlen wurde sie sehr negativ überrascht, da ihr ein Preis von € 82.-- bekanntgegeben wurde. Als sie auf das Gespräch vom Vortag reklamierte, gab die Friseuse an, dass sie die Haare noch angehoben hatte. Die Friseuse sagte ihr darauf, dass sie falsch informiert worden sei und es ihr leid tue. Als meine Gattin nachhause kam, fragte ich sie, ob sie erst zum Friseur fahre. Sie sah gleich aus, wie vorher. Da frage ich mich, wie teuer nun wohl ein normaler Haarschnitt kostet. Das kann sich ein 'Normalsterblicher' kaum leisten. Jedenfalls ist das eine Frechheit, so Kunden zu behandeln und sich nicht an die Vereinbarungen zu halten. Eine Weiterempfehlung werden wir sicher nicht geben. My wife went to the hairdressing salon on Good Friday and asked about the appointment for 'cutting'. She was told that this would cost € 67 and that she should come at 9:00 a.m. on Holy Saturday. The appointment was perfect, but the 'tip cutting' took max. only 5 minutes. When she paid, she was very negatively surprised because she was notified of a price of € 82. When she complained about the conversation from the previous day, the hairdresser indicated that she had still raised her hair. The hairdresser then told her that she had been misinformed and that she was sorry. When my wife came home, I asked her if she would go to the hairdresser first. It looked the same as before. I wonder how expensive a normal haircut will cost. A 'normal mortal' can hardly afford that. In any case, it is a cheek to treat customers like this and not to stick to the agreements. We will certainly not give a recommendation.

Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Team. Danke! Such a great hair salon! Had great experience with type change. I felt really comfortable and was worth every penny. Very competent and friendly team. Thank you!

Wenn etwas Komplizierteres gemacht werden muss wie zB Färben oder Korrektur - nur mehr Bundy! (da passt wieder der Preis) Very nice and experienced! Only the styling (blow-drying) could be reduced in price. If something more complicated needs to be done like dyeing or correction - just more bundy! (the price fits again)

Balayage (die leider keine Balayage sondern ziemlich dicke Strähnen bis ganz nach oben geworden sind) angeblich notwendige Tönung zum Abmatten , Schneiden & Föhnen um 194 Euro ! Hab das Schneiden dann abgelehnt und nur 154 gezahlt. Die "Balayage" ist leider trotz der Tönung sehr gelb geworden, was ich ausdrücklich nicht haben wollte. The prices are very high. Balayage (which unfortunately are not balayage but rather thick strands all the way to the top) allegedly necessary tinting for matting, cutting & blow-drying for 194 euros! Then I refused the cutting and only paid 154. The "balayage" has unfortunately turned very yellow despite the tint, which I specifically did not want.
