S	Saskia Kern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher war ich Stammkunde, sicher 2 Jahre lang bin ich immer nur dort hingegangen. Doch leider hat irgendwann die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Meine Wünsche (dünne und zarte Strähnchen, schöner Farbübergang von der Naturhaarfarbe und dem Blondiertem) wurden gar nicht schön umgesetzt. Außerdem ist auch die Atmosphäre/das Arbeitsklima schlecht. Kollegen streiten sich vor de Kunden, lästern übereinander und dem Chef. Macht kein gutes Bild :-( und Getränke wurden mir nie angeboten, aber andere Kunden bekammen Sekt, Kaffee etc. I used to be a regular customer, for sure I only went there for two years. But unfortunately the quality has diminished at some point. My wishes (thin and delicate highlights, beautiful color transition of the natural hair color and the bleached) were not implemented nicely. In addition, the atmosphere / the working environment is bad. Colleagues argue in front of the customers, blaspheme each other and the boss. Does not make a good picture :-( and drinks were never offered to me, but other customers got champagne, coffee etc.

Beim ersten mal Haare schneiden ist mir schon aufgefallen, dass der Kunde hier nicht allzu sehr an erster Stelle steht. Währen dem Schneiden ist mein Frisör oft wo anders hin verschwunden um interne Sachen zu regeln und hat mich warten lassen. Die restlichen Angestellten haben im allgemeinen kein sehr freundliches Bild hinterlassen. Der Haarschnitt letztendlich gefiel mir sehr gut, deshalb dachte ich, will ich nicht von einer einzigen Erfahrung urteilen, da sie an dem Tag vielleicht einfach gestresst waren, und ich versuch es nochmal. Diesmal komm ich hin, pünktlich zu meinem Termin und ich wurde darauf hin gewiesen, dass mein Frisör krank ist und kein anderer im Moment Zeit hat, also soll ich einen neuen Termin ausmachen. Nachdem ich gemeint habe, dass es nett gewesen wäre, rechtzeitig darüber informiert zu werden damit ich nicht umsonst mir die Uhrzeut freihalte, wurde mir auf eine sehr unfreundliche und zickige art klar gemacht, dass mein Frisör erst vorhin heim gegangen ist und sie es nicht 'schon seit 5 Tagen wissen konnten', dass dieser krank wird. Das wars für mich. Ich brauche keinen Frisör, wo ich nicht respektvoll behandelt werde und man sich einfach nicht wohlfühlt in diesem Umfeld.. I looked for a new hairdresser and tried this. The first time I cut hair, I noticed that the customer is not very much in the first place. During the cutting, my hairdresser often disappeared elsewhere to fix internal things and kept me waiting. The rest of the staff generally did not leave a very friendly picture. I actually liked the haircut very well, so I thought, I do not want to judge from a single experience, as they may have just been stressed that day, and I'll try again. This time I come, just in time for my appointment and I was pointed out that my hairdresser is sick and no one else has time, so I should make a new appointment. After I thought that it would have been nice to be informed in time so I would not keep my watch free for nothing, I was made to understand in a very unfriendly and bitchy way that my hairdresser had just gone home earlier and she did not ' have been able to know for 5 days that he is getting sick. That was it for me. I do not need a hairdresser where I'm not treated respectfully and you just do not feel comfortable in this environment ..
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ich glaub am unfreundlichen Umgang war wohl auch zum Teil der Kunde Schuld. Kann jedenfalls nichts davon bestätigen und ich gehe schon seit Jahren dorthin. Immer freundlich und bemüht. Nur zu empfehlen! Don't understand the bad reviews. I believe that the customer was partly to blame for the unfriendly dealings. In any case, can not confirm any of it and I have been going there for years. Always friendly and tried hard. Can only be recommended!
