Notstrombox, die Förderabwicklung, Termintreue und Problemabwicklung (Serviceteam). Although the first consultation was not quite optimal, since the focus was on the business transaction and my needs were not exactly and repeatedly questioned (as a customer I am a layman), nevertheless 4 stars for the quality of the PV system (10kWp) including battery storage (22kW) incl Emergency power box, funding processing, adherence to delivery dates and problem solving (service team).

Spätere Rückfragen wurden prompt und kompetent beantwortet und zur follsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Super great advice from the AD employee (Mr. Ginner). Ing. Pamperl mein Problem mitgeteilt habe, hat ein Techniker von Solavolta Innerhalb von 2 Tagen online meinen Wechselrichter wieder zum laufen gebracht. Top Service! Had problems with my Symo-WR from Solavolta (unidentifiable error messages after trying to update). After contacting the Solavolta sales force, Mr. Ing.Pamperl reported my problem, a technician from Solavolta got my inverter running online again within 2 days. Top service!

Wir haben über einen Generalunternehmer eine PV samt Stromspeicher von Solavolta erworben. Nach einem halben Jahr trat ein Defekt beim Stromspeicher auf und nun dauert es trotz mehrerer Urgenzen meinerseits und seitens des Generalunternehmers bereits drei Monate um zumindest eine Reaktion eines Techniker zu erhalten. Bisher erfolglos. If it weren't for the handling of the funding, which worked extremely well, I would have only awarded one star. However, customer service is a disaster. We have acquired a PV and electricity storage system from Solavolta through a general contractor. After half a year a defect occurred in the power storage and now, despite several urges on my part and on the part of the general contractor, it has already taken three months to get at least a reaction from a technician. Danke, Herr Tinhof hatte heute bei uns einen Gesprächstermin und dass stimmt mich positiv. Ein Angebot für die Erweiterung der PV Anlage innerhalb 1 Werktage bekommen. Habe auch schon beauftragt, aber leider ist seit 5 Wochen keine Auftragsbestätigung bekommen, und auch keine Rückmeldungen auf telefonische Anfragen sowie auf Email auch keine Rückmeldung. Bin schon gespannt ob es zur Ausführung überhaupt kommt. Vielleicht liegt es an dem Geschäftsführer der uns nicht wohlgesonnen ist. Es hat wieder alles perfekt gepasst und deshalb vielen Dank an meinen Betreuer Herrn Ing. Josef Pamperl und das gesamte Solavolta-Team für die Planung und Durchführung. A	Aer Per on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich von Projektstart bis hin zum Projektabschluss perfekt beraten gefühlt und wurde als Laie über sämtliche Abläufe und Funktionen genauestens informiert. Bei der Beratung selbst wurde sehr viel Wert auf die wirkliche Durchführbarkeit gelegt sowie wurde jeder einzelne Schritt mit mir durchgegangen, sodass ich ein Verständnis für die Arbeiten sowie die Funktionsweise einer PV-Anlage bekommen habe. Bei der Montage wurde penibelst auf eine saubere und fachgerechte Installation geachtet. Bei allen notwendigen administrativen Tätigkeiten (Abklärungen mit der Behörde, Förderungen usw.) wurde ich von der Firma Solavolta ausgezeichnet beraten und diese Tätigkeiten wurden mir auch abgenommen, sodass ich mich selbst um nichts mehr kümmern musste! Ich persönlich kann die Firma Solavolta jedenfalls ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen, es wurde alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit abgeschlossen und ich fühlte mich bestens aufgehoben!
