Auto total zerkratzt vermutlich mit dem Folienschneider?! 70.000euro Neuwagen so zu behandeln ist gelinde gesagt ein Witz. Gott sei Dank hatte ich eine verständnisvolle Werkstatt, die den Schaden behoben hat. Trotz Zusage, dass der Schaden begutachtet wird - keine Rückmeldung seitens Gradinger. Sehr schade. Hatte eine gute Meinung zu diedem Unternehmen. Die ist für immer dahin... The apprentice from the first day was probably employed for me ... The car was totally scratched, probably with the film cutter ?! Treating 70,000 euro new cars like this is a joke, to say the least. Thank goodness I had an understanding workshop that fixed the damage. Despite the promise that the damage will be assessed - no feedback from Gradinger. It's a shame. Had a good opinion of the company. It's gone forever ...
