â â â â â Ich kann nur dringend von dieser Firma abraten. Die Leistung ist katastrophal, bestenfalls fĂŒr EntrĂŒmpelungen geeignet. Und es gibt den alten Verkaufstrick billiges Angebot und dann sind plötzlich Zusatzkoten fĂ€llig (in meinem Fall eine Verteuerung um 73%!!!).
I can only strongly advise against this company. The performance is catastrophic, at best suitable for clearing out. And there is the old sales trick of cheap offers and then suddenly additional fees are due (in my case a price increase of 73% !!!).

â â â â â Mit Firma im April bereits vereinbart schriftlich wann der Umzug statt finden soll. Von Firma schriftliche Zusage erhalten ist aber zum Vereinbarten Termin nicht gekommen.
Already agreed in writing with the company in April when the move should take place. Written confirmation received from the company but did not come on the agreed date.

â â â â â Dishonest and rude! After arranging all details over pricing through the phone and scheduling a date and time for moving, the movers came, only to attempt to raise the price by more than 50% on account of non-valid claims, such as fees for heavy lifting, for light pieces of furniture, even though all such aspects have been previously discussed on the phone. Their manner of communication was rude. After refusing to pay the higher price, the movers simply left, leaving me in a difficult situation, having little time to find alternatives. Upon attempting to call the phone number from the website, to attempt resolving the matter, I received no reply. It was my mistake, not to insist on getting the quote in writing and placing my trust in the verbal agreement. In any case, I would like to warn everyone seeking moving assistance to avoid this company.
