Ich beginne mich zu fragen, ob SODEXO überhaubt eine Firma im herkömmlichen Sinne ist, welche Kunden bedient und Gutscheine auch tatsächlich liefert. Im Moment komme ich zu meinem Urteil: MIT VORSICHT AUSWÄHLEN!! Wenn Sodexo so mit Kunden umgehen, dann ist meiner Meinung nach bei VORAUSBEZAHLUNG auch nicht sicher ob der Auftrag überhaupt bearbeitet und dann ausgeliefert wird!!! ES IST NIEMAND, außer einer Empfangsdame, ERREICHBAR!! I've been trying to get a callback for several hours, and I'm being put off every time this happens - EFFECT NULL / NADA / GAR NIX. I start wondering if SODEXO is a company in the traditional sense, serving customers and delivering coupons. At the moment I come to my conclusion: SELECT WITH CAUTION !! If Sodexo so deal with customers, then in my opinion, in advance payment is also not sure if the order is even processed and then delivered !!! IT'S NO ONE, except a receptionist, ACCESSIBLE !!

Anfragen werden einfach ignoriert und überhaupt nicht bearbeitet. Danke für nichts I find it very unpleasant if you have to wait 3 days (!!!!!!) for a callback. Bearbeitung der Gutscheine dauert unverständliche 3 Wochen. Reception was not really rude. However, I had the feeling that I had been treated dismissively after leaving. Processing the vouchers takes an incomprehensible 3 weeks.

Within 2 days we tried 37 times (!!!) to call. always waiting loop or to the "reception", where we were told that "the gentlemen are on the phone". as a colleague said: it's a MAFIA !!!!

In diesem Jahr hat nichts geklappt: der Online-Zugang konnte nicht eingerichtet werden, tagelang war niemand erreichbar, eine Privatadresse (aufgrund des Lockdowns war das Büro nicht besetzt) konnte für die Lieferung nicht erfasst werden, man sollte einen entsprechenden Vermerk im Kommentarfeld eintragen). Tja, und nun hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Gutscheine doch an die Firmenadresse geschickt wurden, diese logischerweise niemand angenommen hat und nun sind die Gutscheine (die bereits bezahlt wurden) verschwunden - und wieder einmal meldet sich niemand! Wenn man zufällig mal jemanden erreicht, wird man angeblafft, angemotzt und belehrt. Gutes Produkt, aber extrem unprofessioneller Kundenservice!
