Great location within town, easy to walk to everything around you. Great price for your stay, and all breakfast with many a options are included. Helpful maps and brochures for any activities you want to do. Lots of easy to reach paths and mountains around. Bikes to use at your disposal. All the little animals make for a fun and easy going stay. Fresh garden around with plenty of fruits and veg to munch on. If you’re there on a good night, there will probably be a bbq going on. Cheap drinks, good eats, crazy Kiwi Dad who you’ll grow to love, nature and snow if you arrive at a good time.

We had a great time in the hostel. Good breakfast and not too far from ski lifts or a bus stop if you're really lazy. It is not luxurious, but has all the essentials. Its great value in town littered with Tesla showroom, LV shop and the likes. The owner certainly did not graduate from a fancy hotel school and would often swear and say directly what's on his mind which was at times funny, but also strange when he decided not to talk with his wife for a week!

This hostel is a quirky, unexpected gem! Don’t be perturbed that it’s a little rough around the edges - it’s clean, comfortable, and everything works perfectly, plus the staff are friendly, hilarious, chilled, and will always sit and chat with you in the common room. Brekkie: The kitchen and free breakfast are some of the best I’ve ever found in a hostel - five types of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, biscuits, and best of all, fresh eggs are provided in the morning straight from their free ranging chickens and ducks! Which brings me to my next point - how charming to be greeted by a yard full of friendly chickens, ducks, and bunnies on arrival. Old Macdonald Had A Hostel, it seems! Location: Absolutely perfect. Smack bang in the middle of town, barely 500m walk to the main ski lift, 300m from a supermarket. Also they have a partnership with a ski rental (Element3) so you can get a discount. Vibe: The hostel has a ‘social-without-being-party’ vibe and you’ll be guaranteed to make friends and still get enough sleep. I went as a solo female and found ski buddies everyday. Facilities: The bathrooms are plenty (I never had to wait) and are cleaned daily. The WiFi and hot water works well. Rooms are warm and mattresses are comfy. Pillows are a little soft for my liking. Common room is snug and has a big TV with any channel you can think of. Security: Front door and rooms lock with a wristband swipe key. No lockers in the room but you can hire a small one for a fee.

Thank you snowbunnys hostel, We had an amazing experience, first of all the amazing staff - Denu & Mai especially!! They answered to all of our requests with smile and made our stay in kitzbuhel just perfect. The breakfast is Rich and tasty, the location is in a Central place and is 5-7 minutes walk from the lift. The bed & sheets were clean, overall a really great value for money!

Great value for money for a snow holiday. Has all the essentials - good mattresses, lots of hot water, great location, quirky staff and a well equipped kitchen. Very much a hostel rather than a "hostel pretending to be a hotel". It has a very friendly vibe and I'd say the average age of people staying is perhaps a bit older than a typical hostel so more relaxed beers and a smoke in the evening than partying. I recommend.

I did not even stay one hour in this filthy grimy dirty hostel. I booked for 9 night but walked straight out. The owner/ keeper is a complacent weirdo who actually thinks C19 is a given. Not recommend !!!!!

This is the best value stay you can have in Kitzbuehel whether you are skiing for a week or exploring the town. They are literally right inside the town and a few steps from any restaurant or place you need to go. It's only 5 minutes to the world famous Hahnenkamm downhill race lift. The breakfast is awesome with a huge selection of everything for a hostel with eggs fresh Dave's, the owner's, hens right on the property. Rabbits and ducks are so cute and running around the open space in the yard that puts a smile on every passing-by tourist's face. Dave is a very hilarious and very knowledgeable person, who is also very kind and helpful; he attended caringly our special needs during our stay. We cannot thank him more, Look at the pictures for yourself. If a traditional hotel type of the stay is not what you require, you will be pleasantly surprised by such a gem of host. Strongly recommended!!!!

hey, we (2 girlfriends/both 15 years) were in Kitzbühel for a long weekend. We chose Dave's hostel because it appealed to us the most price-wise and we liked the central location + the homey house. It was a very good decision. For us, the accommodation was more than just a place to stay. You were welcomed from day one as if you were in an extended family. The people were super sweet, the rooms very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with food and in the evening you always found someone to cook together. We met new people at the hostel and we miss all the time already. Dave if you are reading this, we liked your way from day one and we will definitely be back. I also think that it is not made for everyone, especially for the people who care a lot about neatness, their own bathroom. And who are not very good with the family environment and fun atmosphere. We definitely miss it and look forward to the next visit. A big kiss and love greetings:)
