★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Schuh gekauft der von Anfang an ein Fehler bei der Einlage hatte. Es ist sichtbar das die Einlage kürzer ist und das stört natürlich. Die Einlage lässt sich nicht bewegen da sie dran geklebt ist. Natürlich spürt man das nicht sofort beim probieren. Laut den unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern ist es kein Reklamationsgrund obwohl der Kauf drei Tage alt ist.
I bought a shoe that had a fault with the insole from the start. It is visible that the insert is shorter and that is of course annoying. The insert cannot be moved because it is glued to it. Of course, you don't feel that immediately when you try it. According to the unfriendly staff, it is not a reason for complaint even though the purchase is three days old.
