D	Dua Hameed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es sehr schade, dass die Sparkasse sich nicht weiterentwickelt bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten. Unter der Woche arbeite ich bis 4 und am Samstag haben diese dann geschlossen. Der normale Arbeiter benötigt IMMER einen Termin und den bekomme ich auch sehr mühsam. Die Gebühren die ich Zahle, sind leider nicht den Service Wert den ich bekomme. I think it's a shame that the Sparkasse is not developing any further in terms of opening times. During the week I work until 4 and on Saturday they are closed. The normal worker ALWAYS needs an appointment and I get it very laboriously. Unfortunately, the fees I pay are not worth the service I get.

Ich bin sicher 2-3x pro Monat in dieser Filiale und habe bisher noch kein böses Wort gehört oder hätte mich unfreundlich behandelt gefühlt. Wie immer: wie man in den Wald hinein ruft, so schallt es zurück ;) Can not understand the sometimes bad reviews. I'm sure 2-3 times a month in this branch and haven't heard a bad word yet or would have felt unkind. As always: as you call into the forest, it resounds;)

N	Nina Fohs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist einfach ein Haufen unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, in die Landstraße haben sie alle Mitarbeiter gesteckt die nirgendwo anders mehr unterkommen da zu unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Man wird angemotzt und wenn man zur Mini-Filiale in der Muldenstraße geht, neben dem EKZ, hört man sogar ein Bitte und Danke, es wird gegrüßt, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Linz Landstraße 0⭐ This is just a bunch of unfriendly employees, they put all employees in the country road who are nowhere else to be found because they are too unfriendly and unprofessional. You get asked and when you go to the mini-branch in Muldenstraße, next to the shopping center, you even hear a request and thank you, greetings, the staff are friendly. Linz Landstrasse 0⭐

Ich werde GERNE weiter EMPFEHLEN!!! I have been completely satisfied for a few years of experience! All employees are correct, serve quickly, always friendly, punctual ... etc. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
M	Mini minni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bank ist keinen Stern Wert! Es werden Betreuer wie Hosen gewechselt. Ständig wer anderer und dann kriegt man keinen ordentlich Termin. Es können manche Sachen nicht erledigt werden. Ans Telefon geht entweder keiner oder man wird warten gelassen. Mir kommt die Sparkasse vor als würden nur junge unkompetente Mitarbeiter eingestellt. Oder muss man Millionär sein damit sich wer um einen ordentlich kümmert? This bank is not worth a star! Supervisors and pants are changed. Always someone else and then you don't get a proper appointment. Some things cannot be done. Either nobody answers the phone or they keep waiting. The Sparkasse seems to me as if only young, incompetent employees are hired. Or do you have to be a millionaire so that someone takes care of you properly?
