Man bekommt hier nicht nur das Gefühl das man gut aufgehoben ist, man ist auch sehr gut aufgehoben bei dieser Firma. Kann ich ganz klar nur weiterempfehlen. What else can I say. Top advice. Mir ist bei einem Unwetter ein Netzteil bei der Sprechanlage kaputt gegangen! Firma angerufen und weil sie von einer Kundin am Weg in die Firma gefahren sind gleich bei mir stehen geblieben soweit großartig! Dann wurde vermutet der Netzteil ist defekt auch perfekt! Danach wurde ich aufmerksam gemacht das meine Hauptsicherungen nicht mehr dem Standart entsprechen auch so weit so gut. Ab jetzt ist nichts mehr positiv Für das stehen bleiben um den Fehler zu suchen wurde mir auch mit Abzüge eine Anfahrt verrechnet! Der Netzteil könne nicht mehr bestellt werden und ich könnte eine neue Anlage haben! Habe mir das Teil selbst besorgt KOSTEN 21€! Die Hauptsicherungen tauschen war bei 800€ Wieder selbst besorgt KOSTEN 200€ + 1 Stunde Arbeitszeit Es soll jeder für seine Leistungen bezahlt werden allerdings möchte ich nicht das Gefühl haben abgezockt zu werden! Ich meide Diese Firma in Zukunft I don `t know where to start! At first I thought, great company, very friendly and right on site! I broke a power supply unit in the intercom during a storm! Called the company and because a customer drove you to the company, stopped at me so far great! Then it was suspected the power supply is defective, too, perfect! After that I was made aware that my main fuses no longer correspond to the standard, even so far so well. From now on nothing is positive anymore For stopping to look for the error, I was also charged with deductions for a journey! The power supply can no longer be ordered and I could have a new system! I got the part myself. COST 21 €! Replacing the main fuses was at € 800 Again self-worried COSTS 200 € + 1 hour of working time Everyone should be paid for their services, but I don't want to have the feeling of being ripped off! I avoid this company in the future

Die Fehlerfindung benötigte nicht einmal 5 Minuten, der erforderliche Ersatzteil war mit, der gesamte Einsatz dauerte etwa 30 Minuten. Jetzt läuft wieder alles, und der Preis ist auch gut.
