So schnell wie ein Blitz, nach nicht einmal 30 Minuten, war die Hilfe vor Ort. Ich als Laie habe natürlich keine Ahnung von Elektrik, aber mir wurde freundlich und verständlich erklärt, wie ich in dem Fall das nächste Mal umgehen soll. Ich habe ehrlich noch nie einen so freundlichen, kompetenten und schnellen Elektriker gerufen. Ich würde garantiert wieder dort anrufen, auch wenn ich hoffe, dass ich so schnell keinen Elektriker mehr brauche! ;-) And suddenly the light was off A bad moment at first, of course, but this brought me to my new go-to electrician. Help was on site as quickly as lightning, after less than 30 minutes. As a layman, of course, I have no idea about electrics, but I was given a friendly and understandable explanation of how to deal with this next time. In all honesty, I have never called such a friendly, competent and fast electrician. I would definitely call them again, even if I hope I won't need an electrician anytime soon! ;-)

Um 20:00 angerufen innerhalb kurzer Zeit war die Firma da wohne außerhalb Wien und hat sehr professionell den Fehler gefunden und behoben. Wirklich ein Elektro Notdienst den ich jeden empfehlen kann. Nch kurzer Recherche haben wir beim Elektrik-Notdienst Czigler angerufen, es wurde schnell geantwortet und die online beschriebenen Preise bestätigt. Der Elektriker war für die Uhrzeit schnell vor Ort und hat unserer Meinung ordentlich und systematisch nach dem Fehler gesucht. Dieser wurde auch relativ schnell gefunden. Trotz gefundenem Fehler wurde noch ein schneller Check des Hauses vorgenommen, ob eventuell weitere Fehler vorliegen könnten. Das Bezahlen war sowohl Bar als auch mit Karte möglich und die Kosten wurden wie besprochen und angegeben verrechnet. Die Rechnung selbst wurde sofort per Mail versendet. Wir hoffen zwar kein weiteres Problem zu haben, falls es trotzdem nochmals dazu kommen sollte, würden wir wieder auf dieses Unternehmen setzen. The electrician was on site quickly for the time and, in our opinion, searched for the error properly and systematically. This was also found relatively quickly. Despite the error found, a quick check of the house was made to see if there were any other errors. Payment was both cash and card and the costs were charged as discussed and stated. The invoice itself was sent immediately by email. We hope not to have another problem, but if it should happen again, we would use this company again.
