Sleep and Smile - Breitenfurter Str. 360 - 368/1/1

Wir haben einen sehr netten Zahnarzt bei Sleep and Smile. Auch die Dame, die die Zähne röngt ist sehr nett und nimmt sich Zeit. Jeder von der Aufnahme bis zu Assistentin ist freundlich und bemüht, es für die Kinder so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Bei Kosten wird alles erklärt. Man kann den Kostenvoranschlag mitnehmen und sich bis zur nächsten Behandlung entscheiden. Oder dann nur die Krankenkasseleistungen nehmen. Unsere Kinder 5 und 7 kommen mit der Behandlung mit Lachgas gut zurecht und haben keine Panikanfälle, wenn sie an den Zahnarzt denken. Darum kann ich den Zahnarzt nur empfehlen. Den Kinder wird alles erklärt und es wird sich Zeit genommen!

Incopetent and stressful stuff. Doctor behaved arrogant. She talked more about sedation than the teeth situation of the kid.

Very unprofessional, reckless and unfriendly. They did a mistake with my 5 years old daughter. I had similar experience to the review after"Gr" but got even worse. The crown they insisted to put six monthes ago fell down and we took the appointment to fix it. Instead of putting a new one they simply decided to take off a tooth without putting any crown. My question to them: Two weeks ago we came for the six month check up as was requested. You did xray confirming that all is OK. What has changed from two weeks ago to decide all of a sudden that its very important to remove the tooth which you confirmed that it was not by mistake!!! Second question, six monthes ago you insisted to put the crown on the upper part ( which i had to pay for privately) claiming that a small child cant bite on the gum and that it could take many years until the real teeth come up. If this is the case, why today you insisted that the crown is not needed anymore and that her upper back tooth will come very soon??! Thirdly and most importantly, when did you do an xray today to decide on taking off her tooth? The whole process took you less than 9 minutes and you did not show me any x rays!!! This review will be shared with WGKK as well as all concerned as our children are not a field of experiemnt and a training course for your trainees. This is a very inhumain behavior!!!

I wish I can give 0 stars. Totally bad. I will submit an official complain against them. At the 1st appointment for a checkup, with our 2y.o. daughter, they clearly said that a general anesthesis needed to repair all teeth and do 1 extraction. At the anesthesis appointment day, another doctor said 5 extractions needed - we clearly declined, because we visited more than 1 dentist in the meantime at different clinics and nobody told us this. They worked 30min instead of promised 1hour, and obviously fixed only 2-3 teeth which were the LEAST critical. After 30 min they took our sleeping daughter out and said to fix the next appointment for the other teeth repairs which are CRITICAL to repair. How unprofessional is that ?! Never again... I look forward that you, Sleep and Smile, bankrupt due to delivering unprofessional services to your clients children

Since 10 months my son has been visiting this clinic for 5 times, starting from 3 Caries it developed to 7 and during these 5 visits all what they have done was x-ray, teeth cleaning, selling their metal crones and making next appointments — not even one caries is fixed for 10 months and with hundreds euros! Each visit just turned out to be finding more caries and leading to next appointment which you have to wait for one to two months — so from one appointment to the next is the only thing they are doing. Poor kids just get more caries from more and more useless appointments. Very incompetent and not able to fix any problem!!!
