Sofort ein Termin gekriegt.Habe telefonisch Ales erklärt.Als ich Dort war würde von mir 100€ verlangt für Private Untersuchung,weil ich für eine zweite Haut Arzt besuch geschpert würde.Wieso hat man das nicht vorher telefonisch gesagt.Ales komplett durch einander. Sehr unzufrieden . Would like to get a second medical opinion. Immediately got an appointment. I explained Ales by phone. When I was there, I would be charged 100 € for a private examination because I would have to visit a doctor for a second skin. Why wasn't that said in advance by phone. Everything completely mixed up. Very dissatisfied .
M	Marcus Knoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich war zur Muttermalkontrolle in der Praxis von Dr. Klein. Diese hat pro Person ca. 3 Minuten gedauert!? Bis dato haben wir diese immer bei einem Wahlarzt durchführen lassen, was wir natürlich ab sofort wieder so handhaben werden. Denn in 3 Minuten kann man unmöglich alle Muttermale sehen und schon gar nicht genau kontrollieren. Das Wartezimmer war, wie schon von mehreren Personen beschrieben extrem voll (ich denke 20 + Personen) und das in Zeiten von Corona!? Die Wartezeit betrug ca. 45 Minuten trotz Termins. My wife and I went to Dr. Small. This took about 3 minutes per person !? So far we have always had this carried out by a doctor of choice, which we will of course do again from now on. Because in 3 minutes it is impossible to see all the birthmarks and certainly not check them exactly. The waiting room was, as already described by several people, extremely full (I think 20+ people) and that in times of Corona !? The waiting time was about 45 minutes despite the appointment.

Today was the first time with my daughter at Mr. Klein's Waiting time was ok Treatment was also accurate, he took enough time for my daughter and his diagnosis Gladly again ??

Ein Arzt, auf den Verlass ist. Very nice, uncomplicated doctor, who shows his love for his job and for people. So far, his diagnoses have always been correct for all of us. A doctor you can rely on.

Das letzte mal hat sie meinen Termin "verschlampt" - äußerst inkompetent. With Dr. quite satisfied. However, the ordination lady was very unfriendly and condescending when making the appointment. The last time she "lost" my appointment - extremely incompetent.

r	rudimart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Klein is an excellent dermatologist. He is very smart, focused, caring and he is also very personable. He is always available if you have an urgent concern. Because of the sun damage I did to my skin in my youth I am very happy to have him as my skin specialist to do careful preventative monitoring and take competent action if a potential problem arrises. In my opinion he is the best.
