★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma gemacht.
Verkaufsberater sehr aufdringlich.
Wollen unsere bestehenden Terassenüberdachung (erst 5 Jahren alt und von einer sehr guten Firma erbaut) nur mit Glastüren zumachen.
Doch der Verkaufsberater der Sonntag Mittags anlief meinte alles weg und nur sein Produkt kaufen.
Sehr aggressiv.
Keine gute Kaufberatung. Unsere Meinung

Want to close our existing patio roof (only 5 years old and built by a very good company) with glass doors.
But the sales consultant who started at noon on Sunday said everything was gone and only buy his product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir von der firma remax eine Innenhofüberdachung machen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung und der Ausführung gewesen.
Ich möchte auch kurz auf das 1-sterne review von Herrn Gerhard Beck eingehen. Ich kann die Kritik in dem Review durchaus nachvollziehen.
Der Senior Chef der Firma ist zwar sehr engagiert und legt viel Wert auf hohe Qualität in allen Details... aber ist vielleicht manchmal auch etwas ... verbos und kompliziert... . Man braucht schon eine gewisse Menge an Geduld und Durchsetzungsvermögen in der Planung und Verhandlung, und muss auch mal "Nein" sagen. Das Endergebnis des Projektes war dann aber Tip-Top.

I would also like to briefly address the 1-star review from Mr. Gerhard Beck. I can understand the criticism in the review.
The senior boss of the company is very committed and attaches great importance to high quality in all details ... but sometimes it is also a bit ... verbose and complicated .... You need a certain amount of patience and assertiveness in planning and negotiation, and sometimes you have to say "no". The end result of the project was tip-top.
