★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively small cosy village. Hotels are all in walking distance to the ski elevators. Versatile resort with an extremely large fun park area. The highest point of the village has car and bus parking facilities more than enough. It also has a big indoor meeting point surrounded by small shops and eat and drink places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visoted in summer: Limited options for walking with kids, they do have lunch break on the cabel car, the area looks oldish and the valley station smells from smoking. All of this is compensated by wonderfull views and nature. There is one playground right at the upper station, and there is kind of experience path if you walk from/to the lake.. 3 stops or something like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is not too big and not too small :). Slopes always perfectly prepared. Amazing accessibility with one of the cableways starting just 100m from an A10 highway exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ski and snowboard slopes well suited for families. A lot of different slopes mainly blue and red. Yeti Park for snowboarders and lifts are gondola and covered seat types. Nice selection of on slope restaurants. Good parking and shuttle service between the Zauchenzee and Flachauwinkl lifts.
