We couldn't send our son to the ski school due to illness and we got our money back without any problems! Good service! Any time!
N	Nancy B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere 5 jährige Tochter hat die Lehrer leider kaum verstanden, da sie nur englisch bzw. Sehr schlechtes Deutsch sprachen. Die Kinder bzw. Eltern wurden früh gar nicht begrüßt. Man wusste überhaupt nicht welcher Lehrer für das Kind zuständig ist. Es war alles sehr unorganisiert. Von anderen Ski Schulen kennen wir das es zur Begrüßung ein Lied gibt, damit die Kinder Spaß haben, allgemein alles etwas spielerisch abläuft. Hier war es einfach nur ein Kurs, aber keinesfalls Kindgerecht. Von Frosty, dem Maskottchen, war nicht einmal etwas zu sehen. Unserer Tochter hat es gar nicht gefallen. Keiner hat miteinander gesprochen, da sie Kinder sich nicht einmal vorgestellt wurden. Wirklich sehr traurig! Sie ist dann auch noch am 3.Tag krank geworden. Auch in der Rückzahlung war die Skischule nicht sehr kulant, trotz ärztlichen Attest. Schade ? Unfortunately, our 5 year old daughter hardly understood the teachers because they only spoke English or very bad German. The children or parents were not greeted at all early. You didn't know which teacher was responsible for the child. Everything was very disorganized. We know from other ski schools that there is a song to greet them so that the children have fun, everything is a bit playful. Here it was just a course, but not child-friendly. There was not even anything to be seen of Frosty, the mascot. Our daughter didn't like it at all. Nobody spoke to each other since they weren't even introduced to children. Really very sad! Then she got sick on the 3rd day. The ski school was also not very accommodating in repayment, despite a medical certificate. Too bad ?

The kids loved Richard and had a great afternoon skiing, really made my holiday watching them learn. If you are coming to Alpbach with kids I recommend these guys, professional setup on the mountain and love what they do.
S	Steve A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How disappointing. Having skied on a black run several years ago but being a little rusty we were surprised to be put in a group with people who had never skied before. I insisted that we were moved. Another couple, who were probably better than us, moved at the same time. The following day we were put into yet another group - including somebody who had been on a blue run only twice before. We even asked for private tuition - but were virtually laughed at because these were booked up months ago! We left, as did another couple. This was grouping to availability rather than ability. We heard other horror stories during the week. We initially requested a six day course only to find out (after committing) that courses end on a Thursday - so only a four day course was possible. If we wanted more than four days we needed to book private tuition - somewhat a contradiction. We had a totally different and better experience with skischule-alpbach

Wasnt sure what to expect but perfect for me and my wife to have a days skiing while she had great fun (playing ect with with skiing) the super nice team there. No booking needed and super flexible. 5star and highly recommend!!
